Seemed a bit high for about 90 minutes of skilled labor. I'll get to test it out in a couple of weeks. The 20A fuse had better not blow again. The owner's wife Becky Rogers told me to ALWAYS test the wiring of a new/rental trailer by plugging it in to the tow vehicle prior to hitching it, without letting any of the metal of the trailer touch the metal of the tow vehicle (other than the 4-wire or 7-wire plug/jack). If all the trailer lights work (brakes/turn signals/running/parking), then it's OK to hitch up and tow.

My first call was to Safelite because well they're the only company that I've heard of in this space. I got an automated answer where they asked me to push #1 for this and #2 for that. After about 12 minutes I finally got an live person that told me they estimate my repair to be close to $1,000 and they weren't sure when they could come out to look at the windshield. So I decided to call someone local..I went to google and found a couple of guys. The first one didn't speak didn't speak English. The next one was an answering machine....how am I doing so far? Finally I moved down the list and found Glass man. Not only did they pick up after the second ring...there was a real person! Tah dah! The owner was super helpful and we were able to set up an appointed time and in less than an hour....it was done! They were super professional and were very up front about the cost. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary services or play games with the price. The price I got on the phone was the same price I got on my invoice! My fee was 70% less than what Safelite would have charged and it was quick and painless....wish Glass Man could do all my auto repair. Thanks Glass Man!

The first time I took my car there for issues with my transmission. They charged me a significant amount less than what 2 other shops quoted me and the work was done very professionally. The only drawback with them is that sometimes they take their sweet time looking at the car. My car was there for about 4 days before I got it back. So, if you don't have alternate transportation, it might become an issue. Again though, I will gladly wait an extra day or two just to know that I'm not getting ripped off!

I had about a foot long, scratch deep into the paint and a little bit of a dent in the metal on my driver side rear fender. My car is silver, which is typically hard to match the paint.
