The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. Throughout the process, there were multiple issues stemming from poor communication and lack of coordination between their internal departments. I made several attempts to speak with someone to resolve the problems, but no one followed up. The customer service was non-existent. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Received text and email messages on December 9 and December 11 that project is now on hold and that my action is required. On Dec 10 I scheduled installation dates with NG but salesman is no longer in loop and no NG project manager or specific contact person has been identified. Today called NG back again but nobody can explain why project is on hold again. Hopefully project will be completed soon and everything will progress OK. Not a warm feeling that all is well.

I had 2 projects that I needed quotes for prior to an out of state move. I had already called 3…read moreplaces befto stopping into Jennifer's Glassworks (purely because I happened to be passing by & wanted to check) I had photos and videos and was quoted a really reasonable prices for both. Ended up only doing the smaller project as we decided that we should hold off on the larger project until we moved as the risk that further damage due to moving was not out of the question. I brought the mirror I needed replaced in the next week and spoke with the same person. I was initially quoted $35 for cutting and production. When I went to actually buy it and have the pro done they charged me $60. Nearly a 50% increase due to "waste". One this was never mentioned. Two he remembered me and both of my projects but couldn't remember quoting me what he quoted me (I have it written down in your hand writing with your card but I had sent thought to bring that with me) they also wanted to charged an additional $35 to do the adhesive for me but I was already annoyed at that point so I declined. I had to ask twice for them to show me the adhesive I should be using (doesn't seem unreasonable considering your doubled you price) Also I'd like to note that the guy I spoke with generally seemed to be nice, but kind of made fun of my being tired and over stressed due to this large scale move and sort of diminished that which was not appreciated. I will say the guy who actually cut the mirror was nice. He removed some bracing pieces and gave me far more than he returned which was nice of him. Maybe it's because it was a very small item so they don't care but if I wasn't moving out of state I would not come here in future. The bate and switch tactic isn't professional and turns me off instantly. I can't imagine spending tons on a custom made door if this is how I felt with a simple mirror cutting.

Windows From Warriors totally crapped out! 15 large windows…read morecontracted for in May 2025. Black vinyl exterior and interior were paid for, but they pulled a bait and switch - gave me white interior vinyl that was cheaply spray painted black. All are scratched as vinyl is not made to be painted. Owner denies any problem and I'm out $8000.00 deposit after more than 6 months. Initiate lawsuit and filing a criminal complaint for fraud. Beware of doing business with this company.
