He didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to do. Their workmanship was skilled and fast. We did run into one problem with sump pump drainage being in the way. Ben did this extra work to reroute plumbing for the cost of parts, but didn't charge for the extra labor. Ben over engineered the new decks including 6" X 6" posts instead of 4" X 4" posts. Ben also recommended some design changes to my plans, making the limited space more useful and better ascetics. I highly recommend hiring Almagre for your next backyard project.

Some local roofing companies didn't survive the Pandemic and not listed with BBB and colorado roofing associations. I had no problems hiring Rampart Roofing, due to Justin's amazing customer service during a repair and during the entire roof analysis and answering questions about colorado roofing code and pikes peak regional building inspection after install of upgraded roof shingles. The business exists in a professional building in Southern Colorado Springs and the office staff are knowledgeable and professionally dressed. Communication from all Rampart Roofing staff was quick and concise. Additional info was provided , when requested by me. The small difference in price between shingle types was the reason that I selected the class4 impact resistant shingles with a 50 yr manufacturer warranty. The workmanship warranty for the install process is excellent, too. I tried to contact other local roofing companies and didn't get a callback from a few. Material drop off day required the supply company to broom snow off the roof on dec1st and the install crew did a professional job from 7am-3 am. Laying tarps and clean-up was done quickly. Staff returned outdoor items to patio slab . Debris was cleaned up, too. Office staff formatted paid receipt and class4 impact resistant certification for home insurance company, so that I could obtain a deduction of about a thousand dollars on my annual policy payment this year. I recommend Justin and Rampart Roofing in Colorado Springs.

While I was waiting, another customer, Justin, was waiting on a replacement window on the rear passenger siden of his vehicle. The manager called Justin up to the counter and told him that they mistakenly ordered the wrong widow and explained no other place in town had it but they could get the correct widow tomorrow. For background, from what I heard in passing conversation between Justin and another customer in the waiting room, Justin is from out of town/state and is trying to get back home. Now, knowing all this, I need you to KNOW that Justin's tone and attitude was PLEASANT. Understandably, anyone would be pissed off, annoyed at the very least, but he was absolutely cool as a cucumber and simply asked if he could get a discount for the inconvenience. The manager, (older white lady, didn't catch her name) IMMEDIATELY gets an attitude with him and says "Well that's what I was going to offer you until you got an attitude". Justin was like, "whoa, I'm sorry, there was no attitude here, I'm simply asking a question because I'm trying to get home." She puts up her hand up at him and tells him that he needs to calm down. Me: *shocked Pikachu face* Me and the other gentleman in the waiting room are like, "Whoa, WTF is HER problem!?" She then escalated things further to the point where Justin is now genuinely and justifiably upset. Even then, he's not rude, he's not swearing, NOT EVEN yelling, raised his voice a little, because who wouldn't, but NOT yelling. This woman absolutely did this poor guy dirty, he did NOTHING wrong and witnessing the manager's crappy attitude, behavior and poor customer service skills was absolutely disgusting!
