We didn't get seen until 2:30pm and Roo didn't finish cutting my son's hair until 3:30pm. A WHOLE HOUR LATER ON A TWO YEAR OLD'S HAIR. As soon as my son sat down in his chair, Roo's facial expressions seemed annoyed. Maybe he was annoyed that my son was two years old and was afraid he'll be moving around or crying? Whatever the reason maybe, he was not professional about it, but I gave him the benefit of doubt and ignored it. 30 minutes into the haircut, my son started scratching his nose. Mind you not, the first 30 minutes, my son was still as a statue. I was watching the entire time because it was his first haircut. I was looking at Roo and his facial expressions once again irked my nerves. He looked annoyed and fed up with my son even though he was taking WAY TOO LONG to cut a child's hair. Later on, Roo made a comment about not liking to cut little kid's hair because they "move too much." Of course I'm going to assume he's talking about my son because of A. his rude facial expressions and B. because my son started to move 30 minutes into the cut (which shouldn't have taken that long anyway). I noticed Roo was starting to cut a little too much at the top of my son's hair so my boyfriend went over to him to tell him, but too much was already cut. All in all, I am not pleased ESPECIALLY with his attitude. We gave Roo a $10 tip on a $15 kid's hair cut and he had the audacity to say that he doesn't like doing kid's hair cuts and to not bring him anymore. How about you don't make kid's hair cut appointments anymore if you don't like cutting their hair? Save the rude attitude for someone else because it surely wasn't appreciated. We will never come back again.

Jason was friendly and meticulous. The patrons and barbers were engaged in lively conversation and debate about basketball and whatever was on the TV at the moment. Jason was meticulous and friendly. They wore masks and/or protective gear, had plenty of wipes everywhere and stayed professional. Haircut was okay but about $10 more than I usually pay. Went again for a second time a week or so ago. Guy who cut it this time was clowning around a lot. To the point where it was annoying. He would stop sometimes in the middle of cutting my hair and just walk outside or go talk to someone else with no heads-up. No mask this time and they seemed really laxed on taking precautions in general. So I would say they're a mixed bag. Wouldn't necessarily write them off but might start looking at other options.

On his unwashed hair, he loaded a ton of styling cream without drying it so it just ended up greasier than when we came in. The cut itself was decent. They even trimmed up his facial hair and eyebrows which was nice. Just lacking on a few steps of service, and they definitely should always shampoo a client when cutting and adding product. Had to go home and redo his hair. Not fun, but for $40 it's okay enough. Personal discretion.
