Horrible Experience - Ruined My Birthday Gift I do not recommend going here. I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment due to work. This visit was booked as a birthday gift, and I was expecting to get both my beard and hair done. Instead of being understanding, the barber was extremely rude, refused to provide the service, and still made me pay. Even though I explained the situation and agreed that I was late, he didn't offer any flexibility or courtesy--not even to just do my hair. He simply denied all services. This was a very unpleasant experience. I have never been treated so rudely by a service professional. Yes, I was late, but the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Terrible experience. I hope this doesn't happen to you. read more

Y messed up my hair line. He's a good barber as he gave me a haircut before which I liked. But my line up was crooked and he was trying to fix it making it worse. Now I look like I have a receeding hairline. On top of that I was charged $41 when I usually pay $14. And my beard wasn't touched, trimmed, shaved or cut. He only shaved the extra hair growing up on my neck. TERRIBLE. Now I have to wait weeks, or even month to have my hairline back. Ridiculous. As you get older and you lose a little hair here and there you don't give your haircut a lot of thought- but today I realized what I was missing. Got my haircut with Gino T and it is perfect- better than my hair has looked in over 15 years! Why?
