It's been over five years since my last spray tan and she even went over the process with me again and made sure I was comfortable with the color I was choosing without being too pushy like some other places. I opted for the " express tan" and was able to rinse exactly two hours later. Have had 2 great experiences here. However, this 3rd time i was faced with the following: A change of my appointment from 2pm to 445pm I arrived at 435pm, was told they were running late and 1 person ahead of me Taken back to room at 5:03pm No hair covers. When i asked the tech, her response was "its ok though, cuz you have dark hair it won't show" Not the right response. I believe the owner has refunded my $. UPDATE: The option to run out and get more was offered AFTER I said I was leaving. So not really A1 customer service. Although my appointments have always been scheduled "with Francesca" i have only had my first time with her. So that seems like a breach of agreement. Just saying...if you're going to get defensive - you should really look at your part in this situation. THAT is A1 customer service. Not how this happened. read more

This business steals from hard working clients. They charged me $50 for absolutely nothing! I text them and let them know I had a family emergency where my son needed to be picked up immediately because his father was being hospitalized! And although I let her know and was planning to re book and she knew this I was charged $50 and received nothing. It terrible customer service and sassy rude unprofessional text messages offering no condolence or resolution to my stolen $50. I am a single mother as is and to me $50 is a lot ALOT of money. When booking through style seat at the end I pressed the acknowledge company policy button which said I could be charged $10 for cancelling which I was fine with. But $50 is so far beyond what I would ever imagine someone would try and charge for their inconvenience in me missing a 30 min appointment due to an emergency! How greedy and skeezy would someone have to be to write their company policy in this way just so they can make money off of others misfortunes. I was already having a hard time due to my emergency and this just fully kicked me in the face and ruined any ounce of excitement or happiness or optimism I had in me for this business and left me with shock and disgust and honestly I am appalled style seating and any other website would actually let this business exist and be part of their organization with policies like this! I hope that Yelp, google, StyleSeat, Facebook, Instagram and any other websites are very aware of this CRIMINAL POLICY which the owner of Glow Haus has decided to actually use against hard working clients in a bad situation. That's so sad that she would want to kick her fellow woman down for not doing any work at all. How lazy and self entitled would you have to be to think, oh here is a way for me to make money off of my fellow hard working WOMAN! It is located inside of CocoRose Boutique on the Main Street of Old Town Orange. I suggest going at least 20-30 minutes early to your appointment so you can shop the boutique! It's the cutest. The spray tan salon is soooo freaking cute inside the boutique and Lauren the spray tech is the sweetest gal ever! Not only do I leave looking and feeling good from the tan, but every technician I've had (s/o to Courtney and Francesca) have made me feel so comfortable and so confident before, during and after the session. If there's ever been a delay for my appointment-- it's simply because the person or people with appointments before me were late and it was a "busy season" (Coachella, Stagecoach, sorority formals, fraternity formal weekends, Spring Break, etc.), backing up EVERYONE from then on (which is NOT AT ALL) the the fault of the technician or The Glow Haus, and its never been more than a 5-10 minute delay -- not a big deal at all.
