It was so warm and smelled like lavender. The room was clean and had a very welcoming and chill vibe. Celis was very professional and asked me a few questions about my comfort, any requests and allergies. She then explained what was going to happen and then asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The basic facial was excellent. I can only describe it as a "car wash for your face- like I was getting my car detailed". Lol. Each step felt wonderful. Nothing harsh or unexpected. Celis has a very gentle touch and explained the process each step of the way. I was so relaxed I fell asleep several times. During the whole process I felt secure and very comfortable. Being in that position can be vulnerable for some but I throughly enjoyed the entire facial. My skin was glowing. I talked to Celis about future facials and we have discussed that my next visit will be more about targeting some areas of concern, looking at introducing some products into my regiment and getting on a regular facial schedule. I already can't wait till my next appointment. I have to say during the lash lift and tint. I was drifting in and out of sleep. Celis explained the process as she did each step but I was really, really relaxed. Totally comfortable during the procedure. Asian lashes are very straight and mine actually pointed down! I hated curling them and false eyelashes are a pain to me. I am extremely happy with my results. Celis gave me aftercare instructions and oil for my lashes for home maintenance.
