The owner of this particular franchise Al Patel essentially treated us like customers in a retail setting. Never once inquired about how we felt about the level of care. It was only about money while dealing with this gentleman. There's a quiet classism that goes on and it's a shame.

Ms. Lavonne and her staff of teachers have created a safe, warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for our young children to have their first life experiences out of the home. My daughter has been thriving st FHNP. Every day when she wakes up she asks me if it's a school day!
