From the day we started I have never felt more confident in our child's safety, education, and well-being. From the moment you walk into the door every staff member greets us and knows my daughter's name and what to say if she is having a rough morning. Ms. Mayte and Ms. Alexis are always at the front desk with a smile and are always able to answer any questions or concerns. The director, Ms. Ariel is one of the first people to reach out if my daughter needs anything throughout the day as well as to help my daughter with anything she needs. She is also very open with communication which i find to be a huge comfort. Her teachers have been incredible from the infant class with Ms. Gigi, loving her as well as supporting and helping me through the early stages and milestones of her first months. Her favorite teacher; Ms. Chantel who has become her support person (as well as mine) has been there for her from learning to roll, taking her first steps, learning to speak, and so much more. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is feeling loved and safe throughout her day. As an educator myself, I am impressed with the curriculum and all of her teachers as she has progressed through the program. They have not only supported her, but have guided her through her milestones as well as educated her. Ms. Frida, Ms. Jacky, Ms. Maylee, Ms. Anna, Ms. Z, Ms. Zeba, Ms. Aimee, Ms. Isabella, Ms. Noelle, and countless others are incredible educators. The turnover is not high, every staff member knows our children by name and greet them warmly everyday. If a child is having a tough day, everyone jumps in to try and help. No daily reports over things that children do as apart of growing pains/being a kid. So happy we moved to this location and truly wish we found it sooner.

I understand business is business and that just like all of us who have our children in child care, she has a job to follow. Making me waste my time meeting with her knowing she was not going to do anything to help me (keeping in mind she had already said this) , smirking and giggling when it was very evident that I was extremely upset about the situation , dismissing everything I had to say and taking 0 accountability as to how this has been going on for 3 months and she has once again done NOTHING to even try to help me hence why this is the first time I spoke to this individual in the 3 months this has been occurring is absolutely not part of the job she is expected to follow. I will never tell you to not bring your children here instead I would encourage it because again, the center, the staff, the love and care is amazing and truly what made me so sad to have to wake my child up from her nap to take her away from the place that she was so happy and thriving in all because Maura instead of saying "let's come up with a solution" or "let me try to see what I can do to help you" told me my child could not be at the center. However, I will say if you ever have an issue that for whatever reason cannot be solved through the center leadership team, let Maura be the last person you speak to. My experience with Bright Horizons has always been exceptional but it really upset me to see that someone like this represents a company that is so faithful to finding solutions for families.
