While my case was eventually resolved, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. There was a serious lack of consistent communication. I was passed around between multiple staff members--Victoria, Ana, Olivia, Chris, Autumn and others--with no clear point of contact or follow-through. Getting updates felt like pulling teeth, and I often had to reach out multiple times just to find out what was going on. I also asked for a reduction in their fee due to these communication issues, which directly impacted my ability to refer others to the firm during that time.
