My only appointment was on Wednesday, and I arrived on time. Then she tells me that she doesn't enter the payment information until the item has been picked up... When I questioned this, the employee gave me what I felt was an unprofessional response and continued staring at me rather than addressing my concern. I explained that I was uncomfortable with the way the situation was being handled, collected my silver, and left. The issue itself was minor and could have been resolved easily, but the customer service and communication during the interaction left a negative impression.
