I've had lash extensions for years, so I have a good baseline for what proper application should feel like. From my very first set, my extensions felt heavy and uncomfortable, and several came off within days. She offered a touch-up, which I appreciated, but the second set and the fills that followed had the same problems. The main issue: extensions kept falling off with two of my natural lashes attached at the base, meaning my natural lashes were getting glued together (stickies). This points to what I understand to be an isolation problem, which can damage natural lashes over time, and it happened on both the original set and the fills. Placement was also inconsistent as some extensions looked glued partway up the lash shaft rather than close to the base, which made them feel unstable and look gappy as they grew out. The service also felt rushed overall, which may explain some of the inconsistency in placement. When I raised these concerns, the conversation didn't feel productive, so I decided to find a different artist. One more thing worth flagging: at my appointments, there wasn't a full lash bath with lash shampoo and water before new sets or fills. My previous SF tech did this every time, and my new current Colorado tech does too. After the switch, I think this step was part of what was going wrong. If you have sensitive lashes especially, I'd look elsewhere.

Diana has consistently done a beautiful job on my eyelash extensions- they turn out looking great…read moreand with incredible precision. I was nervous at first, because I had never tried extensions before, but Diana's kind nature quickly put me at ease. The environment is fun and colorful, but also very tranquil. She often puts on soothing music and I usually fall asleep while the extensions are being put on. . My makeup routine takes only about five minutes in the morning with the extensions, because I don't have to worry about eye makeup- meaning more time to sleep in :). The extensions last for several weeks, and in my case, sometimes have lasted for months! I have gotten lots of compliments, most people think I was just blessed with long lashes. Eyelash extensions are expensive, but Diana is very reasonably priced. Most other places take about two and a half hours, Diana takes less than half of that time and they turn out perfect. She is also very sweet, and has great energy. I won't go to anyone else because I don't see a reason to. Tip: Arrive about five minutes early to find street parking :)

Front office is very communicative with me before appointment and day of appointment answered all questions for me. Appointment lasted about an hour I got microneedling Kylee explained the whole process and post care instructions for it. I definitely recommend a consultation before scheduling to discuss what treatment works best for you. Each session is about $300 but varies each person depending on how many sessions you need.
