I went in for my touch up after two years, which I wasn't sure I actually needed, because my eyebrows still looked good from the first time, they had just lightened up a bit. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before I left my review so that I could comment on the entire process including healing. First, let me say that I am in my late 60s, have silver hair (including my eyebrows) and like most of us, I over plucked in the 80s and 90s. I had been researching brow specialists for a while and found Sara on instagram. I started following her, and while I was impressed with all of the beautiful younger clients with those amazing, bold brows, I knew that was not me. After a couple of emails and lots of questions, I decided to make my appointment. Now I can't believe I waited so long!! I wanted a completely natural, understated brow and that's exactly what I got. Sara has an amazing ability to tailor the brow to the person, not just give everyone the same look. I think that the best compliment I received was that no one at work noticed that I had done anything. My brows just looked like they did when I penciled them in every day except they were even and symmetrical and the right color! As far as healing goes, I followed her directions exactly and I didn't have a single issue. No scabbing or redness and very little discomfort. When cleaning as directed, you can notice that something was done, otherwise, I never felt a thing. It's so nice to get out of the shower and still have brows!! It's so scary essentially getting a face tattoo, but she was so kind to answer all of my questions, DM's and even talk to me on the phone until I felt comfortable booking. Her studio is styled so cute and I always feel comfortable in there. She numbs you up, gives you a consult, and then goes for it.
