We finally got him a scanned physical form, but then he never showed up or represented us at the county appeal. Our appeal was of course denied. We asked about him representing us at a state appeal and he never responded. This resulted in us having a 15% increase in our assessed value for 2022, and now we are looking at a 23% increase for 2024. He set us down a path for which there is no return.
