I was saddened at how uncomfortable they were and assumed I just needed to wear them longer to break them in until I was informed by several friends that they were several sizes too small. The store refuses to accept their error so I am stuck having given them $125 for unwearable shoes. If I wanted the wrong size I would have just ordered them online for less. I regret now my decision to support local business and trust what I assumed was a fitting expert. We don't often pop in but decided to stop by while walking up and down Franklin Street. I had bought a pair of (expensive) socks from them years ago, and on a whim I bought a similar pair. I considered it a Christmas present to myself. The fashion and offerings are colorful and of good taste. The staff were pleasant, even though their register printer was not working, so they texted me my receipt. Worth stopping by when you're in town. PS, they also offer gift cards.
