I will never take a pet out of our home because o be put down ever again! The vet, Dr G, was amazing! He explained everything that he was going to do and what to expect. He allowed us to take our time and moved at our pace. You could really feel the empathic nature of Dr G. We could hear the emotion in his voice. He also gifted us with a precious painted stone with Bolts and a paw print on it. It was the most peaceful passing over the rainbow bridge for our 9 year old Bulldog, Sir Bolts.

Thank you Dr. Dave for coming here to the Diggins, showing such kindness, tender care and beautiful transition for my girl! Without you, this would have been so much harder Step by step process discussed before moving forward placed my mind at ease. Allowing the time necessary to say my good bye's, wonderful discussion (even though hard) about what to expect and handling my girl with such love. I felt secure in the decision and timing it was made. Thank you, for being the best person for this emotional job.

We had to let our dear old dog go after more than 17 years. She was in pain and struggling. Dr. Dave of The Good Life team was very supportive and helpful. He treated Tippy with great love and dignity. He was amazing. We highly recommend their services. Saying goodbye at home was the most loving thing we could have done for our pet.

Amazing experience!! Dr. Maia was compassionate and patient throughout our goodbye. She explained everything as it was happening and gave ample time for each step so we could grieve at our time. Our sweet baby beagle crossed the bridge in such a beautiful way. Thank you so much for providing families with this wonderful experience.

Not how I wanted to start the new year but Ark Northwest and it's proprietor, Scott definitely helped ease the pain and made Bandit's transition easier. Still absolutely crushed and will probably never really get over it. But it's a rare company and owner like this that really understands and cares about you and the special bond you share with your pet. We've got one more 15 year old black lab that's lived a long life and will definitely bring her to Ark Northwest when she decides it's her time to pass on. Highly recommend Scott's services, whether you plan for your pet's future or things happen on short notice as was my case. He was kind enough to prepare Bandit's ashes within a 24 hour pickup as I honestly didn't want to begin the 2025 new year without my dog's memorial above the fireplace. Still have the companionship of a 15 year old black lab retriever at the house but we know where we'll be taking her once she decides it's her time to pass on. My beloved Mikey passed away and I was looking for the perfect place that provided cremation…read moreservices that met several of my criteria. It was actually pretty tough to find but I'm very very grateful to the Chambers Creek Pet Memorial Park team. I wanted to ensure people who were looking for the service in this area knew because it was a tremendous help to me and I'd also like to share my experience in the hopes that it helps. Specifically Pamela and Scott were so so kind and patient with us and it was much appreciated. I needed and was looking for, 1. Private, individual cremation with a system that assured us there would be no mix up - Yes, they ONLY do private cremations with metal ID tags they use once 2. Delivering our baby ourselves if possible - Yes 3. Viewing of our baby going in if possible - Yes, this was very unusual I only found one other place in Seattle that allows this 4. Waiting the duration of the cremation if possible - We could have but it's very long and not recommended, we did not end up doing this 5. Reasonable, timely return of our baby, NOT through the vet or the mail - One of the most important factors, the majority of places send the ashes to your vet or they MAIL to your home which is unimaginable. I would never put Mikey in the incompetent hands of USPS or whoever, I find this process despicable. The majority of places also take 3-10 days to return your beloved to you which again was unimaginable for me. Instead Chambers Creek allowed us to pick up in person from them directly and we did so in less than 24 hours. My husband found their website which was really helpful and I called the day before to confirm availability and pricing which was more than reasonable. The address that is listed on their website actually takes you to the main New Tacoma Cemetery which is for people but there is a smaller building attached to it with a little fire hydrant in front that is the pet section. They have a selection of urns/memorials/headstones/coffins if you'd like to choose one in their small office. We sat down with Pamela as she kindly filled out the forms for us, had me sign, and take care of payment. We were then introduced to Scott who we followed in our car to the cemetery/buildings across the street. They warned us the pet crematorium which is completely separate and pet specific had a warehouse feel just in case we were alarmed. It is like a warehouse but has American flags and a metal box that is the crematorium, the setting didn't bother me. Scott explained the process and we were allowed to gently place Mikey with his private ID marker so he wouldn't be mixed up with someone else by any chance. At any rate, this place generally only has one pet at a time so there's very little chance to begin with. Scott was very patient and respectful while our family was incredibly upset,we never felt rushed but rather impressed and at peace and we're grateful. We stayed until the main light came on, at 4.5 pounds they expected Mikey to be done in around 3 hours, it takes more time to cool and Scott to personally sweep up the ashes. He also asked if we'd like his ashes finely powdered or not and we asked for finely powered. I've been through this earlier this year with family and they treated Mikey just as respectfully as he were a beloved human. We were able to personally pick up Mikey from Scott in less than 24 hours and brought him home. We're waiting to purchase a personalized urn so we let them know it's OK that Mikey comes home in a bag to us as it's' a temporary arrangement and his baggy was tied with the ID tag that went in with him. Overall, I know I was picky and asked for a lot and am incredibly grateful to Pamela and Scott and this business for their kindness, patience, empathy, and accommodating nature. Mikey gave me the purest unconditional love that I'm sure I'll never experience again, for 16 marvelous years, and we were able to send him off on his final journey in the way we wanted and thought was the best for him. For this, I'll be eternally grateful to this team, I highly recommend them for pet cremation services.
