I had several issues, mostly regarding a returning a product I was…read morecharged for but wasn't needed, followed by several necessary texts and a video message calling me a 'douchebag,' 'childish' and 'unemployed' for trying to return a product I was told I would be getting a refund for initially. I did eventually get my refund, only after filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card to pressure Spencer to make good on his agreement, but wanted to keep my review up for the personal attacks from Spencer trying to get this sorted out. Original review: I called for a TV install quote and spoke with the owner, Spencer. He gave me the install rate, which included the cost of cord concealers. I told him that I have my own, but asked if he could bring them along to see if they would work better for my set-up. The price I was quoted was a bit better than BestBuy's, so I went with them. I was told I would receive a follow-up email to confirm my appointment, but never did. Day of, they arrived about an hour late and didn't attempt to reach out beforehand. Spencer was not very friendly, though his younger assistant was actually very friendly. Part-way through, I see Spencer start putting in the cable concealers and I mentioned that I wanted to see they first. He got upset with me, saying it was part of the install, even though we had already discussed a different price without them. They finished the install and left, and I realized they left me a power cable. I checked my bill and they charged me an extra $25 for it. I called back, saying I had told them I didn't need the cable and asked for a return. I was told, "We don't do returns or refunds." I reiterated that I didn't need the cable, and he said he would refund me. Days passed, hadn't heard anything so I called back. He didn't answer. Called and texted several times over about two weeks, and keep being told he can refund me, or stop by to pick it up, then doesn't. At this point, I'm feeling strung along and called yesterday. I was told again that they, "Don't really do refunds," and their system isn't, "Isn't set up to refund money." This is absurd... Are they really telling me if they overcharge someone, they won't be refunded? I'm calling my credit card company and cancelling this payment. This company is owned and managed by someone that wants to scam you out of your money. Stick with a bigger company you can trust not to screw you over like BestBuy...

    Spencer and his team did an amazing job with every request i had. They hung 3 ceiling fans, mounted…read more4 TVs and installed a state of the art surveillance system all around my newly purchased home. Everything was clean and professional and installed to my standards. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!
