The prices are very fair and they almost always have at least one tag color on sale. I never use Redbox because I would rather get 5 VHS tapes for $1 (or 10 when the store goes 50% off!). Books are always 10 for $1 and I love coming home with fresh reading for my library. Some items I have purchased here include a 1940s waterfall vainty, unique coffee mugs, comfy crochet blankets, and a vintage train case.

My mother has a legally recognized service dog in Massachusetts, so we didn't anticipate any issues. We spent about 15 minutes browsing and had items we intended to purchase. When my mother's back started hurting, I grabbed her small dog to help. At that point, two employees approached us in an aggressive and confrontational manner, demanding to know why she had the dog and insisting it needed to leave. The way this was handled was extremely upsetting and, frankly, humiliating, especially toward an elderly customer with anxiety in the first place. Rather than addressing the situation respectfully, we felt singled out and surrounded while simply trying to shop. I ended up taking the dog out to the car, and we left shortly after. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed what should have been a simple visit. Between the high prices and the way customers are treated, I would strongly recommend choosing one of the many other thrift stores in the area. Compassion and basic respect go a long way, and this was a very disappointing experience.

There's not much in the way of furniture for sale, but the friendly staffer told me that will change in approx 3 wks. This morning this store had 2 employees that were very rude and unwelcoming to me today. They…read moreclearly were looking down on me because I was receiving free clothing for the first time. I was told Repeatedly I need to hurry up and leave the store. I did hurry but I needed to get long pants for the extremely cold weather. I was going to pay for the pants but the employees made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided that it would be better for me to shop at a store that would treat me as a customer and not a burden. I was also harrassed in the bathroom by the same female employee. I was shocked to be treated so poorly by a church. I am grateful for the free clothing but the employees rude behavior was uncalled for.
