They will even volunteer helpful information about my dog's grooming. I highly recommend this location. The only caveat (not a problem for me) is that you have to take your dog very early in the morning to ensure they have time to groom them. They have a hard cutoff at 10:AM, but I recommend getting there before 8. I always call ahead to make sure. Again, these folks are aces.

I love that they are located close to my home. The shop is full of cute dog sweaters, fun toys and snacks. Miss Amy is really good with Teddy. He's old and anxious and she was the one to ask me about his behavior at home and suggested I talk to his vet about possible dementia symptoms. Sure enough, she was right. I knew something was off and couldn't place it and she knew right away. She didn't make me feel bad about it. She just presented the facts of what she saw in the kindest manner and I am so grateful for that. Most of all, she is gentle and patient, so if you have an older dog, they will be in good hands!

They supplied a safe dog wash tub, shampoo, conditioner, scrubbers, towels, brushes, drying station, and a cleanup after me! I washed the dogs on separate visits and there was a steady stream of customers. No appointment necessary but if all three stations are full, you will need to wait until one is open.

Staffing was extremely nice, attentive and helpful, the store was a bit crowded physically because they have lots of goodies, all customers seemed happy, parking was easy.

My doodles ears don't seem to have been plucked and were still wet when I picked her up which is an absolute no-no for floppy-eared pups as it promotes ear infections not to mention matting with her curly hair. Also, the bridge of her nose was completely shaved down when I specifically asked for a trim so now we get to look at that for a few weeks till it shags back out to match the rest of her hair length. They did however, do a great job on trimming her pads so she's not slipping and sliding around anymore but that's not enough to keep my as a repeat customer.
