We've learned that (especially with a large dog) you've got to call a couple of months in advance to get a spot on their calendar because they are always booked far out. They also have a cancellation list where they'll call you if someone cancels or if a spot opens up on a certain day/week you want to take your dog in! We've taken advantage of that once or twice. My partner and I have crazy work schedules that change frequently, and even when they're on the full side, Lori and her staff always help make it work to help us get her in on a day we're able to drop her off. That really means the world to us. We stick to a pretty simple cut for our dog, but Lori and her staff do some amazing grooming! Her prices are fair and competitive, and they always adorn our pup with some cute bows (last time a pretty flower necklace) when we're picking her up. The work they do here is great, AND they take wonderful care of our dog. We can't imagine going anywhere else!

When the employee starts on with my wife about how much things cost and what was done there is no call for that kind of service. The owner has been messaged and the BBB Will be notified as well. My advice is take your animal somewhere else. Plus they don't offer water to the animals.

One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels.
