We've learned that (especially with a large dog) you've got to call a couple of months in advance to get a spot on their calendar because they are always booked far out. They also have a cancellation list where they'll call you if someone cancels or if a spot opens up on a certain day/week you want to take your dog in! We've taken advantage of that once or twice. My partner and I have crazy work schedules that change frequently, and even when they're on the full side, Lori and her staff always help make it work to help us get her in on a day we're able to drop her off. That really means the world to us. We stick to a pretty simple cut for our dog, but Lori and her staff do some amazing grooming! Her prices are fair and competitive, and they always adorn our pup with some cute bows (last time a pretty flower necklace) when we're picking her up. The work they do here is great, AND they take wonderful care of our dog. We can't imagine going anywhere else!

Vanessa, my assigned groomer, spent a long time going over my dog's history and getting to know her before she took her back. When I arrived to pick her up, I was blown away by how good my dog looked. And how happy she seemed. Vanessa went over everything she did, asking if I wanted her to change anything or do anything else before I left-- it seemed like she took a lot of pride in her work and wanted to make sure I was happy. They take walk-ins for grooming, or it was easy to get an appointment over the phone. The manager (franchise owner, I assume) took the time to show me how to use their new app to schedule future appointments. The retail side of the store has a good selection and prices are pretty reasonable given that most of their brands are higher-end.

One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The knowledgeable staff were very helpful in determining what kind of harness we needed, provided grooming tips, and offered information on a dog wash gift card that allows you to purchase in advance and save on each dog wash. Weekends are busy but you can add your name to the wash list and go play in the small dog park just outside the building.

Anyways, after calling on a Friday around lunch time, they were able to get my poodle in on the same day as long as I brought her in before 2PM. My toy poodle was a mess due to staying at her daddy's house. She had dirty matted fur and just was depressed. Prissy Pampered Pups cleaned her up back to her fluffy white self again, and made her beautiful and confident again for a reasonable price of 40 dollars. Definitely will become a regular here. Also, I was fortunate I had some cash on me, because this place does not accept plastic ONLY CASH.
