Visiting the area and wanted to do a wine tasting. Called them up to see if there's any particulars such as needing a reservation or if they only offered tastings at certain times of the day. There are none. You can stop by whenever you feel the need to taste some wine, tequila or bourbon Hannah, the manger, is so sweet. She reminds me of Joanna Gaines. She's one of those people you feel like you know and want to be around. Just a beauty inside and out. She was the only one there and had a few guests to help and she said she was having a bad day but you'd never know. She made my bf and I feel more than welcome and took care of us. We got a small charcuterie with nuts, meats and cheeses and added olives. The charcuterie was not what I was expecting from a winery. It was more of an adult lunchable than charcuterie. The cheese was like that precut Cracker Barrel cheese found in the store. I would have like to have had some freshly grated parmesan or mozzarella. Something that would pair well with the wines. I'm not a fan of Swiss. Love Colby jack and cheddar but those don't really go with the wines I had. I got a flight of white wines that are numbered in my 2nd picture. They were all pretty good but 1 & 4 were my favorites. I was able to taste a new wine slush they're offering. I chose the red wine slush over the white moscato one. I fell in love with it. I tried to get one to go but was unable to due to them not having approved to go containers for them My boyfriend got a flight of premium bourbon which he enjoyed. There are lots of cosy places inside and out to sit and sip your favorite drink. We did leave with a bottle of the # 4 wine I liked and garlic sausage though. Went here to listen to the band and have a glass of wine. My plus one enjoyed two Maker's Marks old fashioned. He loved his drinks. Their branded wine just isn't my style. They have other national branded wines that I will drink the next time or a cocktail. They have a mixologist on staff so that should be interesting. Love supporting local businesses and we will definitely return. They have a chef on-site as well. You can call in advance (a couple of days) and pre-order your meals. PS the caterer brought out three slices of chocolate cheesecake that she had left from an order and he loved two of them. One was to be for me but I don't eat many sweets. read more

We were excited to visit this dog friendly (on the patio) wine spot having recently moved from the west coast. The array of US and international wines was ok and you build your own tasting flights of red or white. They also have prepackaged cheese and crackers you can get to share with your group. Our main problem was the service. We were one of two couples there (we were sitting outside) and not once did either of the people working actually come out to ask how things were, would we like a glass, bottle, more snacks. Nothing. We had to go inside to ask for anything we needed and and frankly didn't buy a bottle of something we liked because the service was so poor. The staff seemed more interested in playing games on their phones in the cool inside than helping the only customers of the afternoon. We got very little information on the wines and no help or suggestions for wines to try even when I asked. It's a cute spot, if loud from the highway noise, but I don't think we'd go back just because of the service. read more

My son and his wife had their wedding reception here last year. It was perfect!! They chose the downstairs venue for its wine bar vibes and access to a private patio. Hannah was super responsive and easy to work with. We brought our own food, so I can't comment on that, but they allowed us several hours to set up without the tight time frame most venues require. A band was playing outside and our guest enjoyed the music. After the band, the kids had a bonfire and danced to their chosen music under a beautiful tree on the grounds. With the patio doors open, the downstairs held about 30 people comfortably. Highly recommended venue for medium to small groups! read more

Our first trip to The Grape Vines Wine Bar was amazing! Ainsley was our go-to-girl for information and she was super helpful, from bringing drinks down to our campfire, or sharing her wisdom of Tequila and/or Wine. Marty was helpful for getting our fire going and they have multiple fire pits for people to gather around. I did a Tequila tasting/flight and the wife did the wine flight. They have a basic charcuterie offering you can take down to the fire and even S'mores. The mood and ambiance was amazing for a fall day and I am seriously considering the membership but only if it offered a little more, like 10% off of more than just wine. My husband and I were out for a ride and decided to stop at The Grape Vines Bar as we have never been there before. The place is beautiful inside and out and the young ladies were very helpful and friendly. We both typically order wine flights, but my husband had another option a bourbon tasting! So glad they had these options to choose from, as i am more of the wine person, he is more of a bourbon kinda man. It was a nice enjoyable break before heading home we both enjoyed tasting some of the wines and bourbons offered. We did enjoy our time spent with the beautiful scenery and friendly staff. Just an FYI if your looking for local wines to enjoy this is not the place, but they do offer local bourbons, don't not let this discourage you at least try this establishment out they do offer a variety of international wines which are very enjoyable with a great atmosphere and view all and all a great place to relax and enjoy! read more

Beautiful setting and interesting varieties from around the world. Very comfortable sitting areas inside but since it was a gorgeous day we opted for the back deck. Wine tasting at noon made us decide to get something to munch on so enjoying the summer sausage which my hubs noted that it tastes differently with each wine. Live entertainment starts in an hour. The Grape Vines Wine Bar is a top notch establishment. It is a definate favorite of ours and our friends who come from the west side of Cinti to visit with us. Have been there several times and Lillian and her staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the wine, offering tastes of anything we asked about. There "tasting machine" is state of the art and the place is warm and inviting. We have been there in the summer and in the chillier weather and have enjoyed the inside and out.
