Although their items are cheap, ordering was such a hassle! I had to call about 20 times overall and I double checked everything and they still messed up my order! Plus some of the workers gave me attitude when I was very respectful. At least they are giving me replacements and allowing me to keep the messed up items but still this was so stressful and I just wish that I could've gotten some respect if I was giving them business. read more

My company has been working with Graphic Edge for little less than a year now and they have been phenomenal. Harris Georgia, my contact there is always responsive, so helpful in finding things I want even when I am not sure what it is that I am looking for and just so professional. They have beat other companies on pricing on print as well as embroidery and many other items. Harris comes by and checks on me and the things I need. We tend to do a lot of last minute requests and Graphic Edge has been awesome in meeting all of my crazy deadliness. They are just one exit away from our office which makes is so convenient to just pop in and say hi to their great team. One of the best companies to work with. So glad I found them. read more

I ordered about 25 shirts with a logo to be embroidered on them. The artwork that I approved looked perfect, but when I received the shirts, the embroidered logo looked horrible (the middle letter ended up lower than the rest of the word). This company did fix the embroidery, but it did take a few weeks. I was told that 5 of the shirts were damaged when in their process of fixing the mistake, so they sent me 5 new shirts with the logo embroidered. These 5 new shirts just arrived to me with the same embroidery problem as my first shipment. While all of this was going on, nothing was communicated to me and I had to keep emailing this company to find out the status of my order being fixed. I will find another company to go through for my next order. read more

I feel that this business was rude and terse in their emails and does not understand good customer service. After they pitched their design for a project they offered to send me samples of their products and I accepted. After I told them that unfortunately I could not do business with them at this time due to a number of reasons, there was no polite response, but instead they demanded I send the samples back. I asked for a reimbursement for the shipping costs - I believe that if they offered to send me a sample, their company should be responsible for the costs of that offer. The rep was quite rude and declined because "our art department put in their time and money on the art and got nothing out of it"...that is how business works. You submit your proposal and sometimes you don't get the job. This exchange really turned me off and I don't recommend this business to anyone who wants to have a good customer service experience. read more

The company came out to our business and was trying to sell their services. I thought I would give them a chance and see what kind of work they do. I gave them a design and asked them to send me a proof. After more than a week of being put off by my main point of contact, I decided to call the manager. Of course he apologized and that this was not normal protocol for their company. He said that he would like to earn my business and send me out a proof the next day. Well, the next day came and went and of course NOTHING! I called the manger back and asked why I didnt get sent anything and he "claimed" that he sent me an email with the proof. I told him to resend it right away and of course he never did. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I gave him another day or so to send it to me and I never recieved anything! I called one more time to see if he would like to send me the proof for consideration and that the ball was in his court, and I still haven't ever heard back from him. Clearly, this company doesn't need our business! They are horrible and unresponsive and lie. read more
