Marzett was really helpful at the store with our decision in buying the Zardoni sofa. The delivery date that was given at purchase was accurate and two days before, I got a phone call and text with the delivery window. The day before, the delivery window changed and the morning of, I got a text with information on how to track the delivery. It didn't seem to be the most accurate because the time frame window was slightly different and the ETA kept changing. I was stop 7 and then got a call that the delivery would be in 10 minutes when the tracking info said they were on stop 4. The delivery guys came in less than 10 minutes from the call and all in all, it went smoothly and was delivered within the said time frame. They did seem rushed and I had to ask them for the legs of my sofa, which they probably would not have given me had I not asked. He said something about how it is customer preference so I said yes, of course I want the legs for the sofa. I think they probably should have assembled the legs but he gave me the package and left in a hurry. Not really a big deal, since the legs were easy to assemble myself. I was mentally prepared for a worse experience based on the reviews, but everything was fine and I am happy with my sofa!

This store has a lot inside, but it is very neat and clean. The clothing items area reminds me of a TJ Maxx or Marshall's store. It is very orderly and some of the clothing are name brand items like Polo. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back. I purchased 7 clothing items and paid $7.56. All clothing items were in excellent condition and all were clean. I met the owner and she was so nice. There is ample parking here and it is not very busy at all. They take cash, card, and Zelle as forms of payment. They even have shopping carts for you to use while you shop. I called a friend to tell them we need to go here shopping one day soon. I love that this store is in my community. I didn't have a chance to go to the other side, but I will make a point to go there the next time I visit.

The salesman failed to mention the financing options available to us. The cashier discloses they require a 10% deposit for the item, never heard of that before and we were not happy about it. But, I loved the piece. We get home I contacted corporate and the credit card company to voice my concerns. I spoke with the store manager Manny and he was rude and refused to change our financing options. So, we decided to cancel the order this store will NOT get our money or business ever again! This location has the worst customer service, even before they became an outlet store! The Snellville location is nicer, and the staff is much friendlier and more knowledgeable.
