Buyer beware! I hesitated to post a critical review because Harold was so darn nice, but I feel…read morelike we got taken for a ride and potential customers deserve a warning. We found a lovely dining set, although the top of the table had some wear. Harold said the guy he works with could refinish it to get rid of some of the imperfections and estimated that would cost an additional $300. We paid for the set (non-refundable) and agreed to pay for the refinishing when the work was complete. When I called to check in, Harold told me that the refinishing would cost not $300 but $700 because they had - without asking - taken it upon themselves to refinish the chairs as well. Then, when we went the store to pay he charged us $800 citing the cost of refinishing products, more than double what he estimated. Maybe that's not an unreasonable cost for a full dining set (I honestly don't know) but I felt misled, and at a minimum they should have consulted us before doing the chairs. The refinished table also looks VERY different than it did when we purchased, and not in a good way. The wood is stained so dark that the natural beauty is gone, and the finish is dull. I am so disappointed and will never purchase there again - which is a bummer because they have some nice furniture.

I was looking for Grey at first, but when I saw this blue I had to have it. The price was a great deal for me because these tufted beds usually cost way more! I reached out about the bed and spoke with Aj via messenger. My experience with Aj was nothing less then exceptional. I received around the clock customer service, all my questions answered in a timely manner, polite and helpful. Delivery was inexpensive and fast! Delivery happened the very next day. Aj worked with whatever time was convenient for me and he was on time! My bed came new in the box and assembly was included. Aj and his team were careful when moving bed into the house. Set up went smoothly and they took their time making sure my bed was set up properly, safe and secure. My son tested everything out by jumping on my bed for almost an hour after it was set up. The bed did not rock, squeak or move under our weight. Yes "our weight" because the kid in me got a few jumps in too. Nothing too extreme. To me the bed is not cheap looking and it looks well made. I am very pleased. I've included a picture just to show that the bed looked exactly like the picture advertised. More decorating for me later on but for now I'm enjoying my new purchase. Almost every time I walk past my bed I rub the velvet like the contestants rub the lucky tree trunk on the Apollo. Horrible horrible work. I had a deck flooring and a door done by them and all three were screwed…read moreup. Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. He can't sell it to anybody else it's going in the garbage

The people who own and work there are very knowledgeable and will give you a honest opinion when you are choosing and evaluating rugs. They have been in the business for many years and travel overseas to stock their inventory. The hand tied rugs are of very good quality. I think I have purchased five rugs from them and I am happy with each one. This past month I brought a runner in for cleaning. I believe it was the first rug I bought from them. It is a beautiful beige Chobi with traces of reds and blues woven into it. The rug is in a hall off my front entry and between foot traffic and my dog, it gets extremely dirty. They cleaned it so well, I can nows see the original reds and blues in the otherwise beige background. It could not have been an easy job. Finally, let me say how friendly all the folks are! This place is a gem and Atlanta is very lucky to have them here. If it is a drive for you, it is well worth your time to make it.
