This is the single worst experience I have ever had having art framed. My politics aside, i informed her i was undergoing chemo therapy and she then put her mask under her nose after rolling her eyes. I was never contacted to receive my product and had to contact them myself. Upon picking it up she again refused to wear a mask saying it was too far away. The quality of framing was horrendous and cracked in the frame along several ends. However i will not be contacting them to fix it.
