The fine print was unclear. I have been a fan of this company for decades since living in a big city, and I hope to see it succeed. He was assisted by employee Aliah at the drive-thru window. While waiting, he noticed that the employee was very friendly, smiling, and engaging with the customer ahead of him. However, when it was his turn, her demeanor noticeably changed. Aliah did not greet him or acknowledge him in a friendly manner, and when handing him the order, her behavior came across as dismissive and unwelcoming. In addition, although the mobile order had already been paid for, Aliah repeatedly asked him for payment without first checking the screen. As paying customers, we believe everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. We were disappointed by the difference in customer service and hope this feedback can help improve future interactions.
