I can't believe this food truck exists in this location! As someone who's Indian and pretty particular about Indian food, I was pleasantly surprised. My girlfriend had mentioned this place, and we finally stopped by during our drive to Southern California. Every item we ordered was incredibly flavorful and made fresh to order. Some of the parathas took about 25 minutes, but it was absolutely worth the wait because you could taste the freshness in every bite. This is a must-visit spot if you're passing through. I got the samosa Chaat and masala chai, the chai was really good, a bit too sweet for my preference but it's yummy and I would get it again. As for the food, it was subpar. I've never had samosa Chaat so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was a great sized portion but was mildly too sweet (like there was syrup in there) and plenty of raw onion. It was a terrible value. The food was way overpriced. The dish didn't come with any rice or naan and it was $14. The wrap was $8 and looked like someone took a salad and threw it into a wrap. The worst part? They acted like they didn't need the business. Indian food is some of my favorite, which is why I went there. Stumbled across this little oasis in the desert and immediately fell in love. If the waft of warm spices pouring out of this food truck wasn't enough to entice you, their selection definitely will. Their menu was pleasantly descriptive for the unfamiliar and the order did not disappoint. The Indian food here is ok. It's not terrible but not amazing. You order your food at truck but then go inside to pay. I had tandoori chicken and a samosa. It's made fresh so it's super hot which was nice as I came during winter in 40 degrees weather. read more

What a serendipitous find on Christmas Day! We took an exit hoping to find a gas station and some snacks, and ended up finding a food truck that serves piping hot Indian meals. Service was quick, and the ambience was what you'd expect at a gas station. There are enough tables to eat at which are fairly clean. We got the samosa chaat and aloo paratha. The paratha came with lots of butter, dahi and achaar. Yes! While I appreciate how lucky we were with eating a warm delicious meal, I was surprised to note that the aloo paratha was spicy! Traveling from Palm Springs to Seattle with dogs in the Eurovan so quick stops are necessary. We made the call to order our dinner from the truck whole grabbing gas and walking the pups. Omg! Don't go here. The prices are high, the portions are small, and the food does not match the cost. But the bigger problem is the attitude. The woman at the counter makes you feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in. Asking a simple question about the food gets you an irritated look like you're wasting her time. Butter Chicken - While the gravy was good that was all there was. There were 4 small pieces of chicken floating in a lot of gravy Mughlai paneer - Same as chicken - they took 4 small cubes of paneer and sliced them razor thin to make 20 - 20 pieces. So lot of gravy and no paneer While the food could have tasted yummy the fact that they were so stingy on the chicken and paneer I don't think we will return! read more

Also got the mango lassi, was okay but had a strong flavor of some essence, maybe kesar? Made it hard to drink. Came with my friend and she got samosas which she loved and I thought they were great. The green chutney was oversalted but the red chutney felt homemade and was delicious. She also got masala chai, I found it to be too much cardamom but she loves cardamom tea so she loved it.
