A long time ago I left this 5 star review. Shortly after I stopped going to the Green chamber because the energy I felt after leaving this review was surprisingly horrible. I felt like everyone new who I was & I was being gossiped about. It was so bad that I actually stopped going there. Found the Cannabis Culture Club which is a great dispensary unfortunately for them I quit smoking. So for anyone who has had bad experiences at the Green Chamber I recommend you check out Cannabis Culture Club. Started coming here because they have good options and prices are ok. Most of the budtenders are great and friendly and actually help you out. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I had a horrible experience with budtender Lizette (I'm going off the name on my receipt). She had her left hand wrapped idk if it's her. But she was rude, not helpful. I told her what I was looking for and only brought me one option. And just placed it on the counter and didn't say a word ?? I had to ask her what other options she recommended . She took more and just placed them on the counter without saying a word. I felt like an inconvenience even though it's her job to try to sale me something. I ended up just getting something I got last time bc I didn't know what else to get even though I wanted to try something new because she just wasn't saying a word to me about the products. I told her to just give me the product i got last time and then she rung me up- didn't tell me about my points (ik i had some to use), didn't even give me a bag m, and threw my change on the counter instead of just giving it to me. Horrible experience. Usually when i come all the other budtenders are friendly and actually helpful. And give me recommendations. I've never seen Lizette before and I don't ever want her to ring me up again. read more

Recreational cannabis is legal in California!! And you know what they say-- when in Rome, right?? I found this place by searching on, you guessed it, Yelp! I was not disappointed. This is specifically a recreational product business so if you want medicinal cannabis you may want to look elsewhere. When you walk in you're in a waiting room. There's a person at the reception window to whom you show your ID to prove you're at least 21 years of age. They do have to scan your ID so you do need to take it out and pass it through the little slot at the bottom of the window. Then you sit and wait to be let into the retail space. Once it is your turn the person at the window will buzz you in. Only so many people are allowed in at a time. I'm not sure if that's only now because of COVID-19 or it it's always been that way because of security. The young man working behind the counter when I went was so helpful in explaining everything. He really knew his stuff and took the time to make sure I understood it all. After looking at a few things I finally settled on a few products and completed my purchase. I left happy. I'll definitely go when I'm back in the area. Be aware they are cash only but they do have an ATM on site. read more

I don't know who pissed this gurl day off , but her service was very poor , very negative . I didn't need her attitude , and her bossiness over there . I always come here for my wax and everyone except her treats me right they show me what I want to see and tell me the thc and percentages because I only like that higher numbers and she told me it goes up to 70% and that's crazy because the other tenders show me the highest and explain everything to me and that she didn't do that . Went in for the first time and first their advertised promotion wasn't available then I almost got jumped by 8 security guards because the broke budtender thought I took $5 from the tip jar!!! $5?!!! I tip way more than that and would not come into a weed shop with armed guards to lift a five dollar bill. Bought the top shelf bubble hash this last time I was in. The bubble hash turned out great, but the new budtenders did not have thorough knowledge of the products and were not eager to spend the time to discuss my purchase, even though I intended to buy their top shelf product. We visited this spot recently and had no idea what to expect. We saw the large billboard signs and finally wanted to step outside our comfort zones and visit an actual dispensary. Coming from a state that marijuana isn't legal (even though we've lived in CA for 4 years now) it can still feel like an awkward topic for conversation when you've spent your time in other states trying to hide the fact. I thought visiting a dispensary would mean we could get a better idea of the different strains, types and options. Mind you, we've only been ordering online from another online-only business in the area for about 2 years. Experience: we live in Ontario so this was a little drive in a direction we were already going that day. I had previously looked them up on Google and wasn't impressed by the look of the building (the way the image is portrayed on Google definitely didn't do it any justice and one might assume it looked a little "shady"). Not knowing anything about dispensaries we took the plunge and went. We were both nervous. When we walked in we saw that we needed to 'check-in'. Ok cool. The chick at the window looked at us like we were idiots while going through the process as if we should know what to expect. She was a twenty-something long dark-haired hispanic chick with a bad attitude (definitely not someone you'd want greeting customers at your front window). We were trying to ask her what we needed to do but we were just brushed off like we were dumb for asking in the first place. We made our way into the main area and were overwhelmed with products. We walked around for a few minutes trying to take everything in, looking at things, and feeling out of place. No one bothered to ask if we needed help so we decided to finally go up to a counter and ask someone to help recommend something. I started off by telling her a little of our experiences thus far with it and asked if there was a balance while keeping both of our preferences in mind. While the lady behind the counter did recommend something that was pretty much it. We told her it was our first time in a dispensary and that we had no clue what we were doing. That should have been the cue there to try and help in a different way than one of the 'regulars'. Honestly, I expected some extremely knowledgeable folks who loved to help people and spread the knowledge on a topic that can be new to a lot of people (not everyone is in-the-know). What we got was mediocre help from someone who could have cared less if we didn't know much about the subject and a stale-faced rude chick at the front window with a bad attitude who shouldn't be serving the public. Business: the actual outside of the business is legit enough to deter anyone to visit as the building itself isn't the prettiest or most professional (IDK are they usually like this?). The inside in the main area was a good size with tons of options and would be great for someone who knows what they want. Prices: we found the prices to be a little more expensive than the online ordering company we typically order from, but not far from it and right in line with what you'd expect. Final: Will we return, no. But it would be helpful if this business was aware of how unwelcoming it is (and I don't mean how the building looks -- I'm talking about the staff). You can tell that this place has a lot of regulars, which is great, but don't forget about the people who wander in who might not know what's-what (sure, we have some general knowledge after 2 yrs of experience but we're no pro's here). Remember to make people feel welcome, regardless of if they're regulars or not. Ask if they have any questions, if they see anything they like, if they've been eyeing something or wandering something lately (IDK, questions that make sense for the subject). Be mindful that not everyone is from California and that being from another state where it's not legal can make someone feel awkward, in general, about marijuana (which this barrier can easily be broken down with the right customer service). read more

I had gone to another local dispensary to get my drops but the vibe of that place was always very pretentious and the employees were not the friendliest. Well they were out of the CBD tincture I normally get. I looked up who else carried that brand and the Green Chamber popped up. I ordered online because I wanted to just run in and out because I figured it would be weirdly uncomfortable like the other place. However when I went in I was so surprised by the friendliness and laid back atmosphere. I was disappointed that my mobile order got lost but the vibe of the shop totally made up for it. Female customers are to be ignored while the girls flirt with the male customers. There products are good I got a THC lemonade and it smacked tf outta my girlfriend and I.
