My experience with The Remedy Room was dreadful from start to finish. Initially, my Weedmaps order was completely ignored - no notification, no call, nothing. I switched to Family Delivery, who are always prompt. Days later, visiting the store was worse. The young security guard with glasses and facial hair outright ignored my greeting. My attempts at conversation were met with silence, then a dismissive "First time here?" and a laugh when I mentioned Weedmaps. How is ignoring a new customer acceptable? Inside, I told the counter staff their security guard was a pr1ck. His excuse? "We're all just waking up." Apparently, being tired justifies disrespect. This marked two terrible experiences. It seems we're now dealing with a workforce lacking basic people skills, who don't care about their jobs. A half-hearted apology followed, likely damage control, not genuine remorse. Went back a second time today and again, guards were rude. Totally ignored me when I greeted him. This was a slightly bigger white guy who was too concerned with talking to another guard and watching things on his phone. Seriously, I've been here twice and both times the guards are rude. The girl at the counter was really nice. It seems like the workers here are cool but the guards are @ssh0les. Sad part is that they don't even care. Why are you just ignoring people who speak to you? These guards just seem mad that they are here but have no skills to do anything else. What other job lets you ignore people and just watch stuff on your phone? Being that this is the second time in a row with different guards, this is not an isolated incident. These guards are the first person a customer sees and for them to act superior & ignore you completely when you greet them makes for a bad experience. Remedy Room needs new guards. Seriously, rethink the security company you are working with. They are going to hurt your bottom line. Rude guards should not be there, why pay them. They have for sure lost you a customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I'm just willing to make a little noise because people should be held accountable for experience they give people at their jobs. If I'm rude, I get in trouble, fired or something along those lines. These guards have no gear for there jobs which they should because literally anyone can sit and watch there phone and maybe call the actual cops if something happens. read more

Super sad to say, but this place just lost another long time customer. I don't really think the care though. I came in a little late without knowing they completely shut down the computers at 10pm. I waited in line with no one saying a word. My turn came up and I got a girl that had just started and didn't know anything. She asked another associate about the brand I was looking for MADLABS and he said they didn't have it anymore. Then asked what he recommended then another girl I'm going to assume is the manager said "I'm sorry my love, but you are not going to have enough time to look, decided and purchase my love" I said what??? I'm in your store and waited my turn. She kept saying "I'm sorry my love but you're not gonna have enough time". How freaking annoying. Maybe if you'd shut up for 5seconds I could pick something really quick and pay. No one had the decency to tell me anything about them shutting off sales at 10 sharp or I would have had my choice ready and probably have told them to hurry up as they were chit chatting and not helping me. Lol. She actually asked "will you be paying cash my love and insinuated that I could still pay cash without the computer. I said "yes" Not sure if that's legal or not as if I care. Then as she was being rude and kept rushing me and telling me to hurry my love. blam she said "I'm sorry my love but we can't sell you anything." Wtf you just said I could pay cash. I started my way out pretty pissed off over everything and all she kept say was "I'm sorry my love" as if she knew it was annoying the crap out of me. I have always felt un easy, stressed out looking at all the different brand marketing crap all over and rushed in this place. And more then I can count have asked about one product and was talked into a different cheaper brand that taste like camp fire and burnt my throat. When someone asks about a brand and it's a high end brand such as MADLABS, supherb, etc. maybe try and match it with another high end good tasting brand??? They always seem to try and talk you into cheap brands like Punch instead of selling the better higher end brands and did that again tonight. I was walked out by the security guard behind me and told them it's all good. I'll never be back. I've spent thousand at this store and they just lost a customer because they didn't have the common sense to tell me that I needed to hurry right when I walked in along with the three people in front of me. Back to Culture or another dispensary on mission I go. I will change my review if I ever do wind up coming back in and get treated better than I just did in the distant future in which probably won't happen. read more

Warning: Do not buy disposable pens from here. You're screwed if you buy defective products from this shop. I usually like going here due to the decent bud selection. But you should know their return policy is only for show. They won't actually let you return/exchange if you have a defective item. I have no reason to lie, I'm just feeling very screwed over which sucks coming from a shop I do lots of business with and thought weed being legal would take care of this problem. Long story short I brought my Cake disposable vape back in because it stopped pulling completely after just sitting. I had my vape for less than 3 days and only had the chance to take a hit maybe 3 times since I bought it. I brought it in and one of the employees took it to the back to inspect and came back telling me it was empty. I explained to him there's no way it came be empty. However, immediately ha had that bully attitude that didn't let me ask him how he knows it's empty. I realize he has to be that way when people try to screw then over. But for these disposables all you can see is a tiny little window of the oil and you can clearly see the oil in it. He claimed that's the film left over from when it's empty. He explained he's been selling weed in a store for 4 years, therefore he's some sort of an expert on his this pen was manufactured. Once I asked him if he's ever opened one up before, he said no. And was not wanting to open it just to prove me wrong, he refused and explained they don't do that here. I kept my cool and just bought other weed and left. Now I'm sitting here pissed off with the pen broken open and with the full tank of oil that I can't use now even if I wanted to. Just because I wanted to make sure I wasn't being an ass. Just a fair warning. The only reason I will be going here now is because it's the only shop near me. read more

I came here thinking this was gonna be a great place. I just moved in town and was just caught so off guard by the security check-in persons attitude. He asked if it was my first time and I said yes, then he asked me for a phone number and when I gave it to him he said I was reading it to slow and said that I should stop treating him like a dumbass. I said ok then apologized and read him my number faster. Then I said if he was ok because we all have those days. He then proceeds to cuss me out and says if I don't shut the fuck up he won't let me inside. This is legit my first bad review ever. It's crazy because I brought this up to the manager and he responded that there is nothing that he can do. I just wanted good vibes but left feeling just terrible inside. I would suggest until they properly train their employees to be kind and compassionate to their customers to skip this place and go to planet galaxy instead. They make you feel welcome and train their employees to be so kind and cool. All in all I don't think I'll be back until these changes are made and I will continue to inform people not to go here.
