This company conducts false advertising. I received a text that offered buy one get one free. So I go to their site, where every strain is already on sale 1/2 off and the smallest quantity you can order is 7g. So I, expecting to get that 7g B1G1 like the offer stated (there were no restrictions or rules on the offer). The code even has to be entered and a button pushed, so the discount should have applied. The company delivered me 7g, not the 14g I expected and they offered. They tried to tell me that the B1G1 was already included in the price, so technically I did get 1 3.5g and got one free. Fact is, the discount on the site is separate than the b1g1 CODE CONSIDERING YOU HAVE TO PUSH A BUTTON ENTER. They were advertising B1G1 and used it to sell me product that was already advertised. Then argued that the B1G1 code was "to remind people that haven't ordered in a while, and to get new customers. Lastly, I had been looking at the strain for a week, and it showed $55 for the 14g with the code. They changed it. I'd imagine with all the competition out there, they would honor their deals, but they did nothing to rectify it. They lost a customer over it. I will never order from them again after years of ordering from them. I could understand if the deal said that it cannot be combined with any other offer, but it didn't. read more

They don't answer the phone. They refuse to deliver despite it being 7pm and they claim they close at 9pm. The law in my area allows for deliveries until 9pm. They also don't tell you where their weed is grown. They make arbitrary decisions on what is top shelf and most of the time it isn't anywhere close to top shelf. Customer service doesn't exist. Lucky to even get 1 star. If 0 stars could he given as a rating it would be more fitting. Placed an order yesterday just after 1:30pm which is the current cut off time for same day delivery. I was told Ill receive a message from the driver the next day. After getting no correspondence the whole morning, I contacted them around noon to find out an eta. I was the told that drivers now start work at 3pm and was told I should be the first on the deliveries in my area. Its actually 5pm and still, no driver has yet to make any contact to indicate any kind of eta. Pretty much they dont realize or care to waste your time and have you sit around waiting for nothing to happen. You guys had a good run for a bit, time to find a new service. Called about 50 times and someone answered at 630 pm and told me I was gonna be the next stop before 7:00pm. Im gonna go to newgenerations in pomona. Wasted my whole day. read more

I haven't found a better price on wax yet selection tends to be slim from time to time but they always have different strains regardless of access to variety‍ I greatly appreciate how easy and efficient these guys have made it to get medicine when I wasn't able to grow my own. Terrible service and bad business. Don't shop with them because if something goes wrong they won't honor your purchase. I'll never buy from them again. Ordered 2 disposable stiizy's on Monday night and by Saturday morning they were both dead, with a cool amount of juice still in them. You can't charge the disposables so they were basically trash at that point I reached out to Kwiki to see if they would replace them for me because it's certainly not normal that they would die so soon. They lagged on getting back to me until I finally had to get them on the phone. First they said they wouldn't replace them because I didn't have the original packaging (?) Then they asked for a video of me hitting it showing the battery is dead, which I sent. They agreed to replace one of them with my next order. I asked why they wouldn't replace both because both stopped working. They asked for a picture of both of them, then they went back on it and said they won't be replacing either of them anymore. I'm an honest person I wasn't trying to get one over on any one , I was trying to be very patient and understanding with them cause I'm an easy going person. All I wanted was a replacement of the products that I paid for that stopped working Less Than 1 Week after purchase. I was not trying to get anything more than what I was due. Them lagging to get back to me and then giving me the runaround just to come to the conclusion that they won't replace them is ridiculous. When I contacted them back, they replaced it but now they won't take my order and every time I try to place an order they cancel it.
