Cost almost $14 depending what time and what day you go some of the food will be hot or warm but generally it's cold or lukewarm when they were a hibachi the hibachi was pretty good but the rest of the food was a toss up :/ a lot of the seats in the booths need to fixed and the lady who you pay tends to be grumpy so the service there isn't great either. read more

Every person at the green emerald wants you there. It's buffet so the food is average, the service is magnificent and it's clean. This is a much better place to eat than the unattended dumpster fire that is Mavericks on kemp. read more

Missing some items, food is greasy. Dark hair found in yellow rice! Bathrooms are not clean. Overcharging for a poor experience.

This place is gross. Dirty dishes had to pick thru silverware and bowls to,find clean. The lady snatched the money outta my hand and was seriously rude. Then the food was horrible. I uses to love this place when I was younger but it seems to be falling apart. The dessert are old and hard, and I had watched a worker poor dirty water on the warm buns. The service here is very poor, and they didn't really seem welcoming. The plates and silverware weren't the cleanest either. I hope they are willing to improve, but I don't really see a reason to be here, in specially with COVID-19 around. read more

Out of all the cheap Chinese restaraunts you could choose, you would probably get a vetter meal eating from their trash. The food is bland, especially their noodles. Shrimp is often seasoned with enough salt to give a healthy man a heart attack. Their only saving grace is the hibachi grill where food can be prepared in front of you is even lack luster, which they will shut down before their advertised 7:45 time. I went at 6 and they were shutting it down. Their crab Rangoon is never filled with an acceptable amount of filling. Just hard to chew crust. If your teeth make it through their egg rolls your tongue will be met with a soggy, flavorless mess of what I hope was beef in that egg roll. Their imitation crab may as well be recycled to make eco friendly tire tread because they, and rubber tires taste exactly the same. The workers never speak to you and are obviously just out to rob you of 12.50 for putting absolutely no effort into their food. read more

I had a wonton and egg roll, managed to choke the cold bland food down, then got rice and noodles, took two bites and just gave up, it was not worth trying anymore. that approx $19 dollars for two meals (not including the tip I prepaid) and the equivalent of half a plate of food between us both, and the ensuing stomach ache that followed was definitely not worth it!!! I am just glad we did not eat all our food, I cannot imagine how sick we would be today! read more

This is the only Asian restaurant in Watertown and that is a shame because I would sure like to try a different one. It's a buffet style but you can order off their menu including take-out. The food, when it's fresh is good ... very good actually. However sometimes the food is not fresh and needs to be taken down and replaced. Now here is the biggest problem I have ... the staff that works there are the most unfriendly people on the planet! They don't smile, they look angry or unhappy and their "thank you's" are totally void of anything remotely close to pleasant. And this one factor alone is just about enough to make me want to never darken their door again. When you deal with the public, be FRIENDLY!! Our business is what keeps you going ... make us feel unwelcome and we will quit coming! read more

Went to this place again and found it to be better. Everything was warm and the buffet selection is really quite large for a town this size. Competitively priced as well. The staff are not very friendly or attentive but that doesn't really bother me. Obviously it matters to a lot of people and this is where the new Four Seasons has a distinct advantage. My review might be clouded a bit by the fact this buffet carries Honey Chicken which is by far my favorite item. In any case you definitely want to go at 11AM for the freshest food as this place has a history of not having the warmers keep the food warm enough. For me it's good for the Honey Chicken. Others have obviously given this place lower reviews. It can be pretty hit or miss. I don't think Watertown has enough population to sustain two larger Chinese buffets so one of these, either this one or the Four Seasons, is likely to take the majority of the business at some point. It looks like it could be the later.... if I can get them to carry Orange or Honey Chicken on the buffet! read more

This Chinese restaurant used to be one of my favorite places to eat Chinese food. However, over the past few years, EVERYTHING has gone way downhill. The lady that works the front of the restaurant is rude as can be. Ungrateful as hell for my patronage any time I go there. Tonight was the last time I go there. Pretty much all the food was gone or hard as rocks (pretty typical unless you are there early enough). I saw this lady put on dish gloves to bus the tables but before she did, she stopped by the buffet to stir the food that was there. My kid and I had already eaten what we wanted of what appeared edible and as we were finishing, she came to our table, cleared everything except the glass in my hand and the fork in my kid's hand, slapped a soaking wet rag on the table and slopped it all over. Must have been her way of saying they are closing. The bathroom is disgusting and stinks of very potent urine and the hand soap at the sink is watered down to the point it barely suds up. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. read more

At times their food can be great, but most of the time it's cold, and it all tastes the same. I ate there today for lunch and the lady working the cash register was too busy yelling at another employee to help us right away. The food was warm today, but I bit into some chicken that was dryer than jerky. I spit it out but later the same thing happened. I can't say for sure but I think they mixed left overs into fresh and put it on the buffet. Later I got sick and threw up, and don't plan on going back. read more
