THIS IS FOR THE 350 S. POTOMAC AURORA STORE, NOT NORTHGLENN I was an occasional TGS customer for a few years. I am unwilling to pay large for weed - I find the prices of commercial reefer to be OUTRAGEOUS. Maybe I would not mind so much, except these places are all run by millionaires to begin with - BECAUSE AT TGS, THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REFLECTS NO INTEREST IN ANYONE'S CONTINUED SATISFACTION. Otherwise, yes I am happy it's legal! So I got used to buying ground flower and then shake when it became available. After a few months, I noticed I was getting a sore throat, where that never happened to me from smoking weed before; so I googled the MYRIAD OF CHEMICALS LISTED on the container - GEE I WONDER WHY MY THROAT WAS IRRITATED?!? I CONTACTED TGS AND DETAILED MY FINDINGS AND COMPUNCTIONS, AND THEY NEVER REPLIED. So in 2017, I grew a bunch - and after that, I had no reason to pay anyone for it; I really enjoyed giving it away, and watching folks' eyes light up when they got a free dime or 4-finger bag or big jar of my zero-cost ORGANIC mj. I ran out of my homegrown, and broke down and started getting ground flower and shake from TGS once again in November 2019, as I am a loyal customer. TO MY DISGUSTED DISAPPOINTMENT, I STARTED FINDING FOREIGN MATERIAL GROUND-INTO THEIR PRODUCT. Everything from microscopic fibers that looked like various colors of carpet or synthetic cloth, shredded paper (some white, some with with printed ink), and FUNKY DUST that wove its way throughout the powder - so when you picked up a pinch, it would have a beard of contaminated product hanging underneath, from the INTERWOVEN CONNECTIVE-CONTAMINANT-FIBERS RUNNING THROUGHOUT THEIR CHEAP-ASS CARELESSLY PRODUCED TGS PRODUCT. I CONTACTED TGS ABOUT THIS, AND NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK FROM THEM - SO I CAN REPORT CONSISTENT PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE! I did try their silly "live chat" on their website, I explained at that time I was a longtime customer, I guess that meant squat to them, I have NEVER received any return response from TGS. Not being a knee-jerk type of guy, I tried a few more times, ALL WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE. This was consistent over a 2-3 month period and maybe 4-5 purchases. I admit - at times, I can be a stubborn fool. Finally I got wise, and REFUSED to put any more of this junk into my body. I LOOKED AROUND ONLINE AND SAW DEALS THAT MADE ME FEEL REALLY STUPID FOR SHOPPING WITH TGS. I went to one of their competitors, and got a big ounce bag of 26% THC GROUND FLOWER for $80 out the door, with a free pipe too - man, that stuff was stronger than half of the stuff I grew! That budget bag of rocket-fuel lasted me over 6 weeks, and I turned a lot of people on with it - it BLEW AWAY anything I ever got from TGS!! I ran out, but wanted to quit. Then I ordered a pizza next-door to a TGS, so I thought I'd see what they had while I waited for it. NO CHAIRS ANYWHERE at TGS, you have to stand like a dummy waiting your turn - they are VERY RARELY expedient, and it always takes a long time in there! The place looked deserted, so I went over. Only one guy ahead of me, he was waiting when I got in - lol, there was no salesperson in sight - TGS service-as-usual. So I sat on the floor because it had been a long hard day. THANKS, I REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS, TGS!!! Finally, it was my turn after a 5 minute wait. In a friendly tone of voice and with a calculatedly pleasant demeanor, I told the girl of my bad experience, and said I wanted to see what their stuff looked like today. She was not so professional as others I had been served by at TGS, she avoided eye contact, and was even less cordial than the smug potato-critter manning the front door. She would not allow me to inspect the bag closely enough to satisfy my scrutiny, so I left. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE THEY WILL SEND LOTS OF NONDISCREET EMAILS TO YOUR INBOX - EVERY ONLINE PURCHASE ORDER RESULTED IN 3-4 NONDISCRETE MARIJUANA EMAILS FROM TGS - why they feel the need to reconfirm every step of your online order is beyond my comprehension. I asked them to not do this, to no avail - so I stopped ordering online. Today, TGS sends me a coupon for a FREE JOINT, they say I am a "valued customer" - lmao. I was treated horrifically at your O'Malley store by a woman dressed in regular clothes insisting that saying please and thank you is getting hostile. She clearly was some form of management though her attitude would later signify she may well just be some random lady on a power trip. Or so I would hope as the way she treated me was disgusting! It's clear she does not appreciate the customers that make it so she gets a paycheck, most of which likely earn more than her. I shop everyday, EVERYDAY! Promise I will not, NEVER, EVER AGAIN! My debit card is now cancelled because they swiped so many times. I typed my PIN number incorrectly and had to redo it but the gentleman already cancelled everything so he needed to start over. After several attempts and telling me it's the wrong PIN number he then stated that it wouldn't work and called the manager to send me to the ATM. When immediately denied and getting an odd error message, I immediately call my credit card and find out my pin hasn't been entered incorrect but due to the numerous attempts at such a large amount over and over it wouldn't allow it to work and put an identity theft verification something or another hold. I explained to this damn woman while she was talking to me very rude and condescendingly, siding with the gentleman that ruined my card and access to all my money through the long holiday weekend. I never got an apology. I also explain to this manager that I've been coming here every single day utilizing this exact same card for more than three years now this is my first time coming to the store my first time not going to my store and that I believed it was because of her in her system she yelled at me and told me to have a nice day and then try to take my bag back after I purchased!!!!!?! Because it's her property after she has ruined my day, card, weekend, holiday, evening with my family and friends! She is the manager and should have far better customer service, problem solving, and further skills necessary to deal with public! This is one of the best dispensaries in Colorado.  Yes, the line can get long (mainly from newbies) but you can avoid that with a call ahead order.  The line can get long sometimes in the call-ahead area but they have three windows to use so it's not to long of a wait.  Average wait time is three to five minutes.  Some people are not smart enough or don't care to wait and get their confirmation email so they go early and make everyone else wait while the budtender has to go look for the order.  Please, don't be that guy/gal, have some patience.  Waiting in the line is just as long as placing an order and giving them the fifteen minutes to fill it and send you the conformation email.  But, I digress.  The prices are a reasonable but not like the dispensaries in Thornton.  You will pay $10 more on average at the other dispensaries around here. They also sell grams of concentrate now along with half grams.    The budtenders are very knowledgeable and well-informed.  Some of my favorite budtenders are Sarah and Francisco.  If Mr. Miyagi is there in his special suit you're in for a treat.  The flower selection is outstanding most of the time.  I've never bought seeds or clones so I can not comment on that. They do not put orders back up unless it has been over 24 hours (they used to).  If you know that you will not pick up your order until the next day or you suspect it then after you place your order send them a message, they will be happy to hold it for you.    It seems to me that The Green Solution is constantly looking at their business model and trying to improve on price, selection, and customer experience.  TGS has also just completed a remodel of this location. No business can or will make everyone happy, people are just to flakey, but if you want a great choice of cannabis at reasonable prices this is the place for you. From the moment I stepped in the front door at The Green Solutions in Northglenn, I was impressed. The staff in the welcome area are so friendly, and their informative responses to any questions I had put me at ease about my decision to shop there. Once in the showroom, I was amazed at how courteous everyone is. Friendly handshakes from the staff, a charming smile from "Mr. Miyagi", and I am already feeling at home. When I reached the front of the line, my BudTender escorted me to a beautiful glass display case with the examples of flower available for purchase. I'll always remember the first words she spoke.."So how do you like your high?" She said with a sparkling smile. After asking a few more questions, and receiving informative answers, I decided on a small amount of a Hybrid Flower called Critical Mass. We sauntered over to the register and finished up the transaction. I will always remember the way I felt walking out of the door...Happy and Amazed. How lucky am I to have found such a great shopping experience when exercising this new liberty here in Colorado. Bottom line: whether you are an experienced Marijuana enthusiast, or a first-timer who is just looking for a comfortable place to browse and educated yourself, The Green Solution IS the place for you. I had an out of my MIND experience here! When i walked in i was shock and awe about how clean and inviting the place was. The strapping young lad up front i believe his name was Cody took me by surprise with his amazing customer service. He taught me how to use the check in system then i was off into the line! The line was evenly spaced and everyone was wearing masks like they should! When it became my turn i was met by a man by the name of Jeff and by man i mean a real MANS, man. Well i originally was only coming into get a single slim cone. But this gentleman took me on adventure through the world of cannabis. He started with the amazing flower selection! With some either silver tongue or some voodoo magic jeff was able to talk me into getting some of their amazing Bonzai flower! Testing over 35%!! We then moved on to the edibles selection and they HAVE SO MUCH!! It was a bit intimidating but jeff figuratively held my hand (i bet his hands are soft but strong if i had to guess) through the choices! I ended up on getting an incredibles bar. Now i don't fancy myself a weed rocket scientists but this man, this silver fox, brought me over to the concentrates and taught me all about Lebanese and Moroccan hash to put on top of my flower. When we got to the register he told me about signing up for the rewards program online! Also found out they have online shopping! To start I've shopped just about every dispensary in the state of Colorado, I've been waiting fifteen plus years for marijuana to legalize and I'm loving the ability to shop around. Walking into The Green Solution is similar to many dispensary check in counters. The Lady to check my ID was pleasant to speak with as if I was a regular patron. Which is far more inviting than many of the other shops I've actually frequented. Once being buzzed into the sales floor it was as if marijuana had never been illegal, a healthy line of people all waiting to purchase Colorado's finest "veggies". The staff seemed to run like an Apple store as they ran through the line, the next thing I knew I was meeting a greeter who welcomed me and introduced me to how the process was going to work now that I was up next. I really liked the personal touch this brings to the experience. I was picked up by a staff member who seemed so excited to show me how I could "experience my cannabis". Boy would I have loved to have a job like this when I was young and fit enough to pace around a store. They have an unmatched selection with a great clean display for everything. It truly felt as though I was shopping in some type of high end boutique. This is what a comfortable marijuana purchase should feel like. I'm disappointed in the quality of products green solution puts out. Having male and female clones together. Having seeds that are supposed to be feminized, but not. All the flour is so dried out, its not fun to smoke. The edibles are a real hit and miss and expensive for what you actually get. The concentrates are expensive for half grams. The smell of cat piss is sign of the use of ammonia to blast off the mold. The ground flour, on several occasions, have been hermaphrodite plants with stems and seeds in it, which it isn't supposed to have. I love the budtenders, but some of the management come across as unprofessional and will bullshit you to get you out of their face. They don't care how much knowledge you have in the marijuana field, they promote on looks or if your a cute female. Food and beverage over 15 years of marijuana knowledge is ignorance at its best. Or giving a cute female employee a full time slot sitting down, when people with families are shoved aside despite their performance. Management calling you out about your anxiety in the middle of a transaction. Keeping you at a dead end position till you quit. Pushing an up sell instead of connecting with your customer and acknowledging their needs. I know this because I used to be an employee there and quit because another company offered better money, hours, and the chance for promotion. I'm not one that writes reviews. I read alot out of boredom and to do some research. Well bored one day smoking some bomb green solution herb, I decided to see how many other happy customers there are. Boy was I surprised to see all these negative reviews. I just had to write one to defend the place!! I've had nothing but good experiences at this store, sure I've had to stand in line, even preordering I've had to wait ten minutes.. But I'm more than willing to stand in line for this stellar product. Speaking of, let's discuss quality and price. I've seen a lot of comment like " crappy herb" " taste like hay" " over priced". Now I'm honestly totally blown away here... Cause I'm not sure wtf they are smoking.. But I've never smoked anything from here that wasn't amazing tasting. Either fruity/earthy/spicy everything has been as advertised. As for price.. On my last trip in I bought an ounce. I got 1/4 Bruce banner, 1/4 bubba kush, 1/4 Cindy white,and a 1/4 of sky walker og. The total out the door after taxes was $207!! And every strain tastes great and is over 20% thc besides the bubba at 18. So I'm not sure where there getting there stuff at but in no way is a 200 dollar ounce of 4 different strains is " overpriced" it's just not. imo your not going to find this quality at this price at many other stores. read more

This location was the first one I visited. I've come to utilize multiple locations when most convenient, but this one "set the bar," so to speak. Personally, I've found this location, like all I've visited, to be very helpful and also unique. Yes- each one has its own "feel," and that is actually something I've come to love about TGS. As far as the products go-- I've yet to have a bad experience, and in the two cases where THEY felt as though THEIR service was not "up to par," it was promptly rectified. Keep in mind- this was only on my mentioning one thing or another-- not at all complaining or seeking any sort of consolation. To me, THAT is customer service! Above all, however-- I must give a full 5-stars due to their online system. It is truly lifesaving, as I don't do well when I have to venture into these places, causing me to spend serious cash I do not have! I respect that TGS chooses not to extort customers via such means. Finally, I flat-out love their Tinctures. They work great for my needs, and the ratios allow for major versatility. I just can't seem to find an acceptable substitute elsewhere for the price.
