No matter what I needed, he took the time to help and made customers feel valued instead of rushed through another transaction. I don't know the circumstances surrounding what happend to that kid but I really cared for him or if he was wrongfully let go, but losing someone like that says a lot about the direction this establishment is headed. Good employees are hard to find, and it's disappointing to see a business push away the very people who made customers want to come back in the first place. They called and the guy apologized and said he would put it up front so that I could pick it up in the morning. Jump to today. The guy at the front named "T", first of all he was wearing sun glasses inside, he rummages through the drawer for a second and says he can't find it so he leaves makes a joke about me thinking I can't hear it. Then comes back yelling at me talking about he's going to be manager soon. The managers are all looking for my id. Meanwhile the only employee I actually recognize calmly looks in the same drawer, sees my id and gives it to me. Idk his name. He had long hair. But he was truly the only one who was taking my situation seriously. T should not be a manager and the security guard who tried to escalate the situation more needs to be checked too. Also, I believe that confirmed items in my orders were pulled to accommodate someone else (especially on sale items). Not very customer service friendly especially with repeat/medical patients. Losing confidence in their operation. Once an order is confirmed- that should always stand- if a change is required due to inventory mistake- call the customer, at minimum. Same with order cancellations. A basic courtesy. When did caring about service exit the building? This is an unethical business practice!
