The thing I didn't like was that David kept giving me back the same paddle that HE thought was the one I should purchase... instead of letting me make that decision. Every time I asked to try a different paddle, he would just say oh that one isn't good, or plays just like this other one you tried... this is the one you should get! It's perfect for you. Well I ended up taking his advice, paid $150 for a paddle that I could have purchased from the manufacturer for $120... played with it once, hate it! He talked it up like it was the best and newest technology in paddles... turns out it was two year old technology, probably the last paddle he had in stock and wanted to get rid of it. Four courts. Very limited parking. You're only allowed to park along the picketed fence on the same…read moreside of the court. Other side is resident parking only. They recently changed the rules so that you need a reservation to play get in the afternoon and the city also holds classes on the afternoon all to discourage a crowd. These courts were very popular before these new rules were implemented. People still play here some mornings. The courts are a little closer to each other so you have to BSs careful about not crashing into people in neighboring courts and hitting ATPs is a bit more difficult. The direction of the courts is so that the sunlight can be really in your face. The overhead lights at night are pretty awesome. Too bad you can't play at night easily any more.

If you are lucky, you will be able to play pickleball. Also there is a nightly gathering of dogs and their owners to meet, play, and converse. The restrooms are frequently used by working people, e.g. postmen, deliverymen, gardeners, etc...Behind the park is a horse trail. Nice little park!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner ( who was so welcoming and kind). We used the party room upstairs which was soooo spacious, nicely designed, clean and well equipped with benches for viewing, a kitchen, sink, counter space for food and drinks and even kids chairs and TV. Also we could play music while the kids played basketball. I give the place a solid 10 out of 10. They also have basketball leagues for kids. We will definitely be back!

Other than that, it's a great spot and I'd definitely come back.
