When I reached out to a different guy he seemed snooty about us buying a 100 year old upright. So I obviously didn't call him back. I found Ralph on Yelp and when I called he was kind and respectful. When he came out he was so informative and knowledgeable but NOT haughty or rude. He tuned our piano and also showed us all the bugs and broken bits basically saying it's a work of art but we shouldn't pour a lot of money into it. I LOVE honesty!!!! I felt like we were in good hands and I would recommend this man to ANYONE and everyone who owns a piano. What a delight he was to have in our home. He knew the man who had previously tuned it, as the guy had left a card in the body of the piano. The last time it had been tuned was 1997! When he left, the piano sounded brand new.
