I found Gutter Wizard while driving down Hwy 217 one day and saw their vehicle on it's way to a job. I called Dan and set up an appointment. Dan arrived right when he said he would on the day of the appointment, and he got to work right away. He identified the problem with my leaking gutter, and had it fixed in about an hour. He was very thorough, and explained what he did and why. We've had some rain since the fix, and no leaks! Great job at a reasonable price! I hired this business to clean the moss off my roof. I never have seen my roof look as amazing as it does. It looks like my roof is new and all the moss is gone!!! Gutter Wizard was unreliable in arriving the days and times he said he would, and working the areas he said he would. And yet he expects us to be prepared for him by moving our stuff out of the way for weeks of uncertainty, as well as his ridiculous "All vehicles must be moved 100ft from work area". He didn't care about the collateral damage he caused. He took full advantage of his "NO responsibility" contract: "If payment is not available upon completion a late fee will begin 24 hours after completion time and an added late fee will accrue each day until remaining balance is paid in full. The late fee will be $250.00 per day (every 24 hours) and a return trip fee of $150.00 to collect final payment will be charged. These fees are additional fees added to the total amount owed and have no end date in site. If payment is not recieved within 7 days of completion a lien will be filed on each concdo." "Water intrusion into condos from pressure washing causes damages and tenants are asked to prevent water intrusion by putting towels down inside around windows and doors. I hold NO RESPONSIBILITY for such water damages to anybof the buildings. Although many residents in the HOA reported that he hadn't done their areas like he was supposed to, the prevailing consensus was it would be preferable if he didn't come back. If I wasn't home to see the water when it started coming in at the bottom of my door, my wood tile flooring would have been ruined. That was Saturday. Then I assumed all the pressure washing outside my front door was finished, so I put out my doormat. Then here he, Dan Geck, Gutter Wizard / Gutter Idiot comes again on Sunday and water starts spraying in at the top of my door, where it didn't even need cleaning. Water droplets covered the front of my refrigerator! Our buildings were designed to handle rain falling from above, but not some fool with a pressure washer aiming upward, including the ceilings, soaking inside the wall spaces and interiors. And how are residents supposed to put towels around their front doors that open inward, and then leave home? His equipment was not in good condition, causing a lot of water to leak directly down the drain without washing anything. His very loud gasoline engine for his compressor made us glad when he was gone. read more

We were overdue for a gutter cleaning and found Gutter Wizard from a neighborhood reference. Dan was out here the same day that I called and finished the gutter cleaning in just an hour. He then returned the next day to install gutter guards, again finishing the work within an hour. His prices were very reasonable, service was friendly, and he completed the work quickly. Gutter Wizard was hired by my HOA to pressure wash our condos. He did not complete his quoted job and skipped multiple patios saying people left things on them, so they "don't get rewarded with a clean patio". My patio had nothing on it, and it's still dirty. First off Daniel I've got to say you're brave. To purposely drive like such a asshole you put countless lives in danger going over 100mph with a boat on trailer weaving in and out of traffic was one problem but when you almost side swiped me off the road with my 3 month old daughter because you had to race a car and cut them off. Well that's where were having a problem. My girlfriend luckily recorded ever bit of it with that ridiculous logo on your back window. And even better yet when I tried to call the buissiness number you gave me your cell phone #! GENIUS!!!!! THANKYOU SERIOUSLY!!!!!! So now oregon state police and Washington state have both received a email with video attached and you were even kind enough to not just give me the license plate # but your buissiness and personal cell!!!
