Dreams are coming true at The Hair Depot ladies and gentleman. I love my hair cut. A hair cut is more than a hair cut when you get a buddy included in the deal, and buddies are good because buddies are therapeutic especially when you tell them your whole life story and all your buddy does is listen. Can't beat that, and usually people who listen like that charge hundreds of dollars an hour, well I got my hair cut for a lot less at a nice price so I'm grateful for that. She listened to my request for a new twist of color for my hair. It came out great but she didn't stop there. Made an app for 10. Showed up at 9:59, the same time they called to let me know my appointment would be late. Not much notice. Gave up waiting and left at 10:10. my wife and I had are hair styled by Bonnie at hair Depot. she did a great job and we thought we had found long term stylist. Unfortunately after 4 attempts and 8 months still have not been able to get cuts. they do not need new clients and dous not care about clients schedule or holidays or event. we have now given up on hair Depot. customer service still counts. if any one knows of a clean professional stylist looking for long term clients please recommend thanks K J read more

Connie has been doing my hair for about 10 years now. I found her when I accidentally colored my hair at home and it turned a bright shade of PINK... she worked at Ulta in Roseville at the time . When I called them and said I would only come in if they could guarantee someone could fix it, they told me Connie was a MASTER HAIRSTYLIST and if anyone could fix it, she could. They were right, Connie got rid of the pink, gave me beautiful highlights, a great new hair style and I have been following her since then. Amanda @ Hair Depot is THE GREATEST! I had a horror story experience at a salon in Folsom when I asked to go blonde and the girl gave me orange streaks, oh and I had to pay her my first born child. My friend referred me to Amanda and I instantly fell in love. Considering my natural color is dark brown and I wanted to go platinum she had her work cut out for her. My first visit she bleached my entire head, toned it, then put my under the dryer with deep conditioner for 30 minutes. I was blonde! Of course I still had some yellowish hints to it but it was practically there. She told me to come back in two weeks so she could do it again to get me to the level I wanted. We did the whole routine again and she didn't charge me a penny! I tipped of course ;) I have been going back to her every 4 to 6 weeks for my beloved white platinum locks. She had an injury which left her out of work for a couple months almost 2 years ago and I was forced to see someone else who talked me into getting a KERATIN treatment on my freshly bleached hair. Needless to say the bottom 5 inches of my hair were fried off and I have been struggling to grow it back ever since. Amanda just laughed and has been working with me to get my hair back to where I want it. I had her start installing tape in extensions for me and she did AMAZING. Though they are not the greatest for your hair no extension system really is and if you bring her the hair she will install it for a fraction of the price an extension salon and even better quality. Jamie is a really talented hair artist and if you want someone who really understands how to give an outstanding haircut or color and you haven't tried her before, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I am VERY particular about my cut and color and with Jamie it ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD even inbetween appointments. Her secret?....it's her "3-week haircut"...you'll never go anywhere else. Ever get it cut and then think "it's a bit too short" for a couple days and lament how much it's grown out 2-3 days before your next appointment? Try a couple of Jamie's 3-week haircuts and you hair will look absolutely perfect every single day. It's worth the small additional expense (every 3 weeks is only 5 more appointments annually compared to once a month) because your hair will look it's best ALL THE TIME instead of only 3 or 3-1/2 weeks a month! This is a great family owned Christian salon dedicated to treating it's customers with respect and good service. All this and Jamie is a very nice young woman. read more
