Decided to add an update for new services I've had over the last 8 months. Spa Serenity is now my…read morego-to for haircuts; they're a an expected price for a more upscale place and I've only been disappointed once -it was a little hurried because I think I was her last client on a Saturday. Otherwise, it's a great place for your routine haircuts. I usually do my own Brazilian waxes but I decided to save myself the inconvenience and have one of the lovely ladies make it quick. Yes, it's pricey but considering the time and pain it takes me for these I'd say it's worth it for how long the results last. Painful? Oh yes, but maybe 20 minutes tops. Usually people are nervous or embarrassed to get into the awkward positions a Brazilian requires but the conversation was calming and fun so the whole thing went smoothly. I booked my next one 7 weeks out and will probably make it a routine too.

The staff were also willing to respect my request to be masked during my appointment, and all equipment was either disposed or sanitized after my visit.
