Down to earth salon, their clientele is primarily elderly ladies but I'm 24 and there is no where else I trust with my hair cuts and color. Dawn never cuts the length off more than I'm comfortable with, and offers suggestions to accommodate my hair color aspirations without sacrificing my (very dry) hair's health. Until it took a complete u-turn. The guy there was super rude towards me and my grandma he forgot to file her nails down an always rushed her appointments and she'd come home disappointed but it doesn't even begin to describe the one time I had come in and asked for a basic French tip and the whole time he was aggressive with my hands and I felt overall uncomfortable and it looked nothing like picture. So I sat with my nails that cost me alot of money for a night and called the next morning and he had treated me terribly and when I got them fixed next day he said he would never ever do a French tip nail on me because I was so picky (which it didn't even look like the photo) and he was so aggressive once again did a horrible job and still saw the white underneath my nails from the French tip on my new color and just did a horrible job over all. He made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable and like I wasn't even a customer I always tipped good and even tipped his young daughter who I had admired for helping her dad work at such a young age. Highly don't recommend. Especially if you're a teenager they will try and take advantage of you.

The young girl that called was extremely rude and gave me a hard time about being late and informed me they would maybe be able to do my color would not be able to cut my hair. in the time that I went there my first stylist would be 30 to 40 minutes late on a Saturday morning for a 9 o'clock appointment. I never said a word. Conversely Im late once and I'm chastised and threatened. So tonight, I asked the girl to cancel my appointment and said I would not be back. Needed an urgent appointment and reached out to salon via yelp and the owner, Nicole, reached back out within 15 min!! Nicole came in (ON her DAY OFF to help me out!!) as I was traveling for work and had to get rid of those pesky grays!! Chelsea, who is my "hair guru" and the sweetest person EVER, knows her stuff!! She customizes hair and is s magician with style and color and cut. She's AMAZING- my go to and she knows my hair so well. I've gotten my eyebrows micro-bladed as the salon often runs specials, and Lacey is unbelievable at her facial/eyebrow/most recent makeup/and so much more. She's do stylist!
