I called to see if they cut ladies hair and how much the price is since there were no signs/menu online. After two rings, a lady picked up the phone.. however, she didn't say "hello" or "it's unique hair and nails".. it was just silence so I greeted and talked first. I asked if they cut ladies hair then followed with how much the haircut would be. She said "it depends on how long your hair is". Then, I asked what's the starting price..
