I sent pictures of my wigs in its current state and she said to just drop drop them off. Keyes gave me a price and told me they'd be ready in a couple days. In dropping them off, it was my first time stepping into the salon and it was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming. The second time, I felt like I was revisiting friends, True to her word, I stopped by yesterday to pick up my girls and they looked fantastic!! I posted one before and after shot. The salon is smallish but very well decorated and clean. Everyone was very friendly and polite, and I was taken to a wash station immediately. I had originally booked my appointment for a deep conditioner with Rhonda, but was taken care of by Mikayla instead who did a great job with that and my two strand twists. The only thing I would suggest is confirming the beautician and the service being received when the customer first walks in so there's no confusion.
