It has taken me months to write this review. My stylist is talented, BUT I have had 3 missed appointments since covid opened things up,the last one involving 65 mi one way trip to get here just for this appointment. I have never myself missed an appointment or even been late. Nor was there an emergency. There seems to be a tendency against salons having an employee strictly in charge of appointments. Perhaps that is true here because my stylist made my appointments. I think stylists get busy and forget to put appointments in their calendar or neglect to see when their appointments start the next day. But I was forgottenTHREE times! My hair is longer now and mostly one length, so hubby is now cutting it. I give him a C+, B-. My stylist is an A+. Will I return? I don't know. She was so talented, and I liked her. I stay with stylists for a LONG time. But my time is valuable too, and with my current length and style, hubby can cut it, and I still look reasonably good. He is available at the last minute And I have more money now for chocolate. read more

This salon is a gem. I would definitely go back! The salon sits on Main Street in what looks like a small building, but when you go it in the place is much bigger than it appears from the outside. The staff was very welcoming and the wait was very short. The stylist did a great job consulting and give me the cut that I was seeking. I highly recommend Jenifer if you are looking for a nice hair style. I haven't tried their other services yet, but I look forward to going back and experiencing the other services they offer. read more

I found this salon through a Groupon search for affordable facials. I am happy with the facial I received, especially at that price point. It is regularly $70 but with the Groupon it was $31. It included extractions and derma wand. That's an amazing value. A lot of places charge $100+ for all that. The spa was clean, decorated and the facial was very relaxing. I found Mdme Goshia very friendly and charming. She didn't scold me, hurt me, or harass me into buying anything. (A much different experience than my last facial at another spa). She offered me another facial at the same price and gave recommendations as to different procedures and how often they could be performed. I'm no aesthetician but it sounded legitimate to me. I only gave it 4 stars because of a couple things. I felt like she could've extracted a bit more, I was left waiting about 10-15 minutes before anyone waited on me (not a long time but it made me antsy and wonder if I'd been in a time crunch would it happen again) and the parking lot. It's a big lot but it's down a steep hill and kind of hard to get to except from 1 direction. If you make an appointment during icy weather you may want to get there early to look for street level parking. She also offered another facial at the same discounted price and offered to do some specialized treatments custom to me. I didn't take her up on it because it was a bit of a drive from where I live. I'm already regretting it. I'm thinking of doing microdermabrasion and she mentioned she offers that as well as peels. I'd love to see a review from someone who's had those services performed there because it's more affordable there than at my dermatologist. read more

Horrible. My wife came home crying because her blonde hair is now orange and the grey she wanted covered is the most prominent shade. So called "owner", G, said she just owns the building and all stylists are independent. The stylist, Jennifer, lied about what was said between her and my wife. Horrible waste of money. Goshia's is a hidden gem. I've lived in Reynoldsburg for almost 50 years and have driven past the store many occasions since it open 15 years ago. Set in my ways, I've never taken the time to check them out. So glad we did. My friend and I both went for manicures and she also received a pedicure. Katie and Kayla were both super personable and did a wonderful job; two very talented young ladies. We will definately be returning in the near future. read more

Excellent experience with Madame Goshia, kind and very friendly. I went for a facial with groupon (gift) and couldn't be more pleased. I even came the wrong date and she took me anyway which was fabulous because I live far from the salon. Extremely professional, highly recommended. My face is all "repulp" and look fantastic. It was a deep facial session. Wish I could afford to go every month minimum!!! But even though the regular price $75.00 is worth the result. Her massage on neck and shoulder is divine. Lyndzie has cut my hair and each time I'm amazed at how easy it is to do myself. She seems to know exactly what I'm looking for once I describe it to her. Going on vacation I needed a cut that would be easy to care for being in the water a lot. The cut was awesome!!! Also got a cut that is truly on of the best I've had.
