The receptionist was nice enough, but I immediately noticed signs that said "if you are going to smoke outside...please throw your butts in the trash" Which I just thought was very Tacky to have up in a medical practice. It also told me something about the clientele. I waited for almost 40 minutes before being brought back to a room that was less then clean. The full length mirror had finger prints and a sheet of dust on it and there was a big wade of tangled blonde hair on the floor, which I later figured out was from the doctors weave. I used the bathroom which was also dirty(I'll spare the details) and had another sign that said something to the effect of "we try to keep things clean, but please let us know if you find the restroom unkept". I didn't bother. I waited almost an hour in the room, before going out to ask the receptionist what was taking so long?? and that I would have to l leave in the next 15min to pick up my son from school. She was shocked...The doctor had forgotten I was in there! the doctor did apologize and was nice enough. But when she injected the Botox in my crowfeet, she also put it under my eyes, I had never had another doctor do that and was a bit concerned. I was later told by a reputable doctor "that's something you should NEVER do!" I have had Botox a handful of times over the last five years and have very few wrinkles and zero deep wrinkles/lines. 25 units of Botox should have been more then enough to get rid of my crows feet when I smile, but I gave it two weeks and absolutely nothing!! My conclusion is that she either seriously dilutes the Botox or is injecting water, which is more likely with my results. As it has worked perfectly fine for me with much less units in the past. I did call and speak with the doctor about my non-existing results. She said she hadn't had any other complaints and that she could assure me there was botox in the syringe. She told me to have a blessed day...lol. One month later, I went to Grandview Aesthetics and got 20units of Botox put in my crows feet. The results= NO MORE CROWS FEET.

My original implants had been perfectly symmetrical. Dr. Lichten performed a second surgery to correct the issue, which I had to pay for. Unfortunately, after the second surgery, my left implant was again visibly higher and had crossed over my sternum, touching my right implant. Dr. Lichen then performed a third corrective surgery. After this surgery, I was left with no feeling, and my left implant is still dislocated, sitting on top of my sternum and touching my right implant. My breasts are now visibly disfigured. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Lichten for breast lift or breast implant surgery.
