She gave me a straight blunt cut that looked terrible. KiKi fixed it. She washed my hair and gave me some nice layers that made my hair look so much better. She used two spray bottles of water on my curly hair and cut my hair above my shoulders. When o left it was dripping wet, and the back of my shirt was covered in hair clippings. After it dried, I noticed that my hair was very uneven. It was off by a whole inch in the front of my hair. I called them back, and they said to come in between 3&5. I showed up at 4, and I was told that the manager had left and they couldn't fix it today. The weekends are the only time that I have available to get this done, and they can't do it until Monday. I would not advise anyone go to this salon.
