They're pretty efficient and friendly enough. Only complaint would be that sometimes they are closed despite business hours saying they'd be open. One way to tell if they're open before pulling into the parking lot is to see if their flag is hanging outside the door. Overall, if you need a no frills haircut, this is the place to go! My hair was literally SMOKING because of whatever chemicals they decided to use. My scalp feels like it has multiple cigarette burns... And the worst part is that after I spent seven hours there my hair, which was supposed to be blonde, is nothing more than a rats nest of gray! GRAY! It took three people 15 minutes to comb through my hair that was saturated in conditioner. It normally takes me less than two minutes. My hair is now brittle and broken. To top things off the owner had the audacity to charge me more for this mess than what I paid before! She wanted me to pay $230 when I paid $200 and it included a haircut last time. The hairdresser had the audacity to tell me that my hair was Orange, which is why it turned gray. It was definitely not orange and I hadn't touched my hair since the last time I went to this same salon back in March. I used their products. The owner's response to my hair smoking was that it was normal! Never in my life have I ever had my hair nearly catch fire from coloring it. I walked out. I will definitely never be back! I now have to face my clients with gray hair and I go on vacation in two days!

All of this, after looking at their prices. I realized the price was not fair as it said "12 dollars up to 15 dollars for kids 0-12 of age, but it was posted as that so I went to check it out. Once done, I was charged 30 dollars for a 10minute cut. I asked about it, they said the price was 25 years old and it was incorrect. Last I checked, if the price is incorrect they should let costumers know, it was of no fault of my own. I explained to the owner the situation she said I was wrong and that was for another salon, should her the address, and even the picture of the outside of the place. She didn't know how to respond, and walked to the back of the Establishment. They charged my card for 30 dollars, and gave me back a 5 dollar discount in cash. Gave back the money and Let them keep the 5 dollars. Not sure I'd go back. Even thought the actual hair cut was good, but it felt like I was been robbed and the owner did not care at all. Just walked away and expected me to be ok with it. If you go there you might be pleased with the results, just make sure you ask the price before you have anything done. Don't believe prices you see written anywhere online or on the door. 2 stars because I was ok with the hair cut, but I could have gotten that somewhere else as well.
