I have been going to Emily for three years. I love her attention to both my hair color and cut. I have thick hair which most hair stylists want to thin out. Emily puts in very subtle layers, and has created a nice base color which compliments my complexion. I feel like Emily really listens to what I want with my hair, and won't be shy making recommendations, but honors my vision. My daughters who have curly hair also go to Emily. Emily is the best stylist I have ever been too. I am very picky and will only see salon owners. She has an uncanny ability to make your hair suit you perfectly. I am an older woman with graying hair and she has turned my hair into a style that people literally stop me on the street to ask me where I get my hair done. The fact that she uses organic products in her studio and sells them to take home with you as well, is an added bonus. All the extra added touches to your treatment make this a wonderful experience. Needed to cancel due to travel and logged onto my profile where it showed "no upcoming appointments", I'd also had a previous appointment canceled due to the stylist being sick so I assumed there was a mistake and both were canceled. Weeks go by and the day of the appointment comes and I am alerted to a charge for $225 for a no-show. I emailed back and forth with owner and she was not reasonable and would not refund my money.
