Services includes complimentary drinks of tea, fruit infused water, wine, or margaritas. The skincare services ranged from microdermabrasion to a regular facial. Waxing services are also available as well. I received a microdermabrasion facial which included an initial skin assessment. Tovi is an expert within her field. Her clinical training demonstrates her extensive knowledge of the integumentary system and how the skin works. Tovi is a joy to be around and I absolutely loved being a client here. Cuz the sign on your door says 20%. She then rang me up, and didn't give me the discount until I asked about it again. Never. Again.

Regarding the wax itself: the chair was covered in a very light cover that was porous and did not properly cover the table. I HOPE they clean the actual table but I tried not to think about it during the wax.. I walked out with hair still on me and had to clean it up myself when I got home. Because of my awful experience I was given a discount but I walked out with a bad first experience and they definitely will not get my business again.

You walk in and feel totally swept away by the beautiful decor. The store is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even offer drinks to the customers while they work. My second visit was equally charming. Max was my nail tech and he was a total professional. We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide. I'm still new to manicures, but I feel so fancy when I walk out of there. Next to going to the dentist, this was the most nervous I have ever been to attend any appointment…read more I was greeted immediately by the owner who was warm and welcoming. I expressed my nervousness and she assured me that it wouldn't be as bad as folks make it seem. In my nervousness, I became a bit of a chatter box. She was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, even while being in a very vulnerable position The salon was clean and cozy; just an intimate waiting area and the room for services. All of the proper sanitation protocols were taken and followed. I took advantage of the Waxing Wednesday specials which made it even more worthwhile. I was in and out in about an hour. Early morning appointment and still had my entire day to do whatever else. I left feeling like a brand new woman.
