Upon arrival, I see its a small studio with 2 chairs. One for each of the girls Alicia and her sidekick Laurie. I showed her a photo on my phone for reference, she asked some simple questions and got started. Let me just say - I totally love my hair cut. It was exactly what I had asked for. I have lots of hair - thick and very long. She took her time to blow dry every section of it after even though her next client had arrived and was waiting in the lobby - she didn't rush through it. I always feel bad when people have to do this for me because I have so much hair. I got many compliments on my hair that day. A friend really liked it, also.
