Honestly the pictures and videos don't even do it justice. Everyone who attended raved about how beautiful the space was. Bridgette went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible for me and as beautiful for my sister.. adding so many amazing details along the way without being asked - flowers inside of ice cubes in the mimosa bin, wooden hearts for attendees to sign for a guest book, etc - these amazing gestures were greatly appreciated. She even provided linens, plates, decor, as well as vendor recommendations for the very few things she didn't have. She also coordinated my rental and included everything in one invoice. This is hands down one of the best private events spaces in Gainesville! One of the attendees even said she would like to host one of her upcoming showers there.

It was a screenshot of pricing and showing that "their pricing was fair". Wedding coordinator is a sales role. It goes beyond pricing, it is about experience and trust. This was very rude to do. Based off this act we will not entertain booking them. Not someone I want to talk to.

All the ladies were busy working and let me know from behind a mountain of flowers and plants that they were ready to help when I needed it. I told them. She wasn't sure if they had business ties with that particular country, so she checked. They did not have the ability to send to Brazil, but she gave me a few local shops around town that she thought could help. Now, you know you are getting good service, if a salesperson suggests their competition to you, because they did not have what you asked for. I had a very negative experience with this wedding vendor. After waiting over 6 months to get album…read moreproofs, I tried for 6 weeks to get in touch with her to find out the status, and finally I had to write a displeased email to her assistant to get any response at all. It's like she takes your money, then disappears down the rabbit hole after the wedding. Any time estimates she gives about when to expect delivery of a product are wildly inaccurate; it has taken between 2 and 6 times as long as she said for us to get anything. She forgot to take a photo of my entire family at my wedding, even though it was on the list I gave her ahead of time. I asked her multiple times if she could photoshop a couple of pictures together to create a whole family photo, and she never responded. Every time we ordered prints, our order was either missing photos, or we got someone else's photos. When I tried to tell her that we got another couple's photos, she replied, "you know me, I like to throw in extras." Extra photos of someone else's wedding? Why would I want that? She obviously didn't even read the message. She makes it very difficult to meet with her in person and will only do so during very limited hours on weekdays. If you have a full time job, you will find it very hard to work with her, because she will not respect your time. She always has some excuse, usually involving her personal life, for why she failed to respond or failed to deliver a product on time. It is very unprofessional. Speaking of unprofessional, the way she asks you to pay her is to give her your credit card number over her cell phone. The card number I gave her was stolen within 24 hours and used for fraudulent charges. What kind of business doesn't offer a secure method of payment? When I finally got my album proofs (months after I submitted my photo choices to her), I was pretty sure that the pictures were not the ones I picked. Since she had revoked my online access to photos months before, I had no way of checking, and I decided it wasn't worth the monumental effort it would have taken to discuss this with her. Of course, she'd be happy to reinstate access to the photos for over $200 per month. When I met with her in her home studio, I saw books on the shelves about making lots of money. She definitely acts like this is her main priority. She charges $5-10K for a wedding and requires half up front to book, with the other half due at the wedding, but feels no obligation to respond to your phone calls or emails after she has all of your money. Her customer service is nonexistent. She just doesn't seem to understand the concept. At least the photos are nice, but like someone else said, it just turns my stomach to think of the enormous hassle it has been to deal with her.

Caroline easily combines her professionalism with her fun-spirited personality to make you and your guests feel comfortable and happy during pictues. All of my bridesmaids loved her- and of course I did as well! She was great with the guys too- and she got some really priceless and beautiful photos of them. Overall, Caroline was better than I could've ever hoped for in a photographer. She captured all of the pictures that I wanted and more. *And a bonus: by the middle of the reception, she put up a digital picture frame at the bar with photos that were taken earlier in the night. By the next morning, Caroline had already edited and posted a good amount of pictures on facebook! All of my pictures turned out absolutely stunning- and I have not stopped receiving compliments on the photos even over a month after the wedding. We have spoken several times in the past month since my wedding, and I even received a special thank you for a referral that she received due to the gorgeous pictures that a new bride saw from my wedding! I know my decision for my album pictures and large prints will be difficult b/c I have so many beautiful pictures to choose form! You will not go wrong with Caroline- she is the best!
