I've been to several parties here before but never hosted one here yet, we were thinking of having…read moremy bridal shower here so we called to ask for the availability. The lady in charge called me back about two days later and instead of telling me the availability on the date I requested she tried to sell me on another date. Her exact words were "who has a shower on a Sunday? Why not have one on Friday?" Umm because people work until 5 or 6 and the last thing they want to do on a Friday is go to a bridal shower. She then told me that we could meet the next day anytime after 4:45pm and I said perfect because my mom works until 5 and it will take her a little bit to get there since she'll be fighting traffic. She said it was fine, mind you my mom called shortly after just to introduce herself and my mom had told her the same thing about being there after 5. I got to the location 10 after 5 and my mom was 5 minutes behind me. Before I got out of the car the lady I spoke with told me I was late and that I told her I would be there at 4:45 when I never did, I also told her that I'm sorry but I thought both me and my mom said we would be there after 5. She said I was snippy and that I should've called to tell her I was going to be late. People, just a side note: I never said I would be there anytime before 5 and she insisted that I did. Even if I did, I'm the customer and when is it ok for her to talk to a customer like that? I usually never get upset at stuff like this, I've worked in both retail and restaurant and I get that people have bad days but this lady was just plain rude. I told her that it was ok that we would find another venue anyway and that I wouldn't want to do business with someone like that. So if that lady ever retires or gets fired I'll try and do business there again but if not there are plenty of other places. Sorry it was long folks.

The owner responded by stating the date and time were available along with the package options and pricing. Upon reading, I quickly realized this was not in my budget. I had another venue tour scheduled which WAS in my budget and responded to the owner by stating that I'd rather NOT waste her time by scheduling a tour. She INSISTED that I schedule a tour and that we could discuss a discounted price if I could provide an invoice from the other venue with what their package included. The day before the our viewing with LeVenue, I emailed the owner with the other venues invoice. No response. I sent a follow up email later that evening to see if she received it. AGAIN, no response. I show up the day of the tour to find that the tour isn't even with the owner, but an associate. When asked about the discounted rate discussed via email, she wasn't aware of it. After a phone call, she returns and states that they are NOT able to honor the discounted rate for the date and time I requested. But they could if they couldn't get another event for that date and time, 30 days before. Excuse me? It was a blatant lack of respect for our time and a slap in the face when she mentioned that I could have it for that price if they couldn't get another booking. This is NOT how you should run a business. Please look at the emails below.

It was interesting layout with stadium style tiered seating. They also had a fun drag show. A cowgirl and cowboy on stilts. In the back room they had a tattoo parlor set up. You could get a tiny tattoo. They even had cowboy boots and hats that you get to commemorate the evening. Another room just for pictures with mirrors and a westerner backdrop. Very eclectic experience. Interesting venue. I could definitely see renting it for a variety of events.

It is not for weak livers. Saturday 'Sink or Swim' night includes free drinks after paying your cover ($10-$15). If you start sinkin, the bouncers will get you out ASAP. If you can't even hire security that can't tell the difference between a juice cup and a drink cup that the bartender gives you then it shows you either need to hire smarter employees or get separate cups for youre juice cups so you're employees can tell the difference between the two, it seems like they do this to run a huge money scam as many recent reviews listed very similar experiences and with the same Greasy haired woman bouncer.

Make sure you bring or get some beverages at the turn and beginning of your round. No driving range, there is a netted area to hit your irons off the first tee box. Greens were fast and bumpy.
