If I could give negative stars, I would. I have never in my life written a single negative review…read morebut I had to proceed with this one due to the egregious unprofessional and underhanded way in which I was treated at this office. I have been a chronic migraine sufferer for years and at the behest of the doctor I saw at this clinic, Jordan Barham, I underwent my first botox for migraine treatment. BEWARE if they try to pull this fast one on you. I specifically asked if my treatment would be covered by my insurance, which is usually stellar in taking care of medical treatments (Federal BCBS). I was ASSURED that my insurance was going to cover botox for migraine. Lo and behold, two months after my treatment, I get a call from SE Neuro's billing department (I spoke with Nicole who is apparently the supervisor). They were calling to collect $877 towards my treatment. I was flabbergasted. I never would have come in for the procedure if they had told me this AS INQUIRED ABOUT ahead of the procedure. They lied and told me I was covered when they in fact did not actually know--Nicole actually admitted to this!!! I am furious. Botox for migraine only works if administered ever 3 months. That would be close to $3600/year out of pocket. Mind you, I pay a lot of money for the exceptional insurance coverage I have. I requested an itemized bill and come to find out, they are billing my insurance company $3500/treatment, for a grand total of $14,000/year FOR BOTOX?!?!?! The going rate for this treatment is between $300-$600 per treatment and they are charging my insurance $3500 ($900 of which comes out of my pocket). I don't know what kind of criminal operation they're running over there, but let this serve as your fair warning since I wasn't given the courtesy.

Getting to the location they let us get in a little early and get stays done. We were taken to a room and only had to wait for a few minutes before the doctor came in. Dr.Da Silva came in and was very nice and was able to hear what happened and what we had already done. He knew what we thought the next step was and was in agreement with us as well. I had a brace and he was able to have someone fit it properly but it was a great brace he had said. We are working on getting the MRI done and having a follow-up appointment with him to see what the next steps are going forward. The ladies at the front were very nice and welcoming we never had to wait for more tehna like a few minutes which was very helpful. I have never loved going to the doctors before but the nurses were very caring and went slow and explained everything to me as we went.

He is kind, compassionate, informative and highly skilled. I traveled from Florida to have Dr. Gross do my hip. The facility was state of the art, the reovery room was a suite in the hotel acrosss the street. Nurses would come by to check on me. I give Dr. Gross, his staff and facility 5 scalpels out of f5

This facility did not have recovery rooms for the patients to be monitored after their procedures. In my (albeit limited) experience, a procedure like this requires the patient to remain still for 15+ minutes afterward. However, this facility was popping through patients as if they were candy from a Pez dispenser. They apparently applied a small amount of lidocaine per injection, but not enough to sufficiently numb the area. My husband said they also did not allow him time to ask questions, calm himself down, or offer him anything to help with the anxiety. Instead, they ushered him into the same procedure room three other men had just been in and asked him to take off his shirt and start prepping for his shot. When he said that he was unsure about getting it, the staff did not sit down to discuss the pros and cons of the decision, they simply ushered him out and a different patient. I dont even know how they managed to properly sterilize the procedure room between patients.

One time she waited 2 and a half hours only to be told the doctor couldn't do an injection she needed. How could someone not figured this s#*t out before keeping a woman waiting that long? She came back to the car in tears, in part because of the pain she was in, but also frustrated at being kept waiting so long for nothing. These people may have good doctors but they clearly don't really care for their patients.
