My husband loaded a bunch of things to take over there today, and going to pay when he got there, to find that access to our unit was suspended. It wasn't even two weeks late and I had corresponded with someone by email already. I don't make a habit of late payments for anything, but I've never heard of a company that stops access after 1 late payment. We will be looking to move our business elsewhere as soon as possible.

Boomerang actually charged *less* than what all those delivery services were asking for, and of course they did a careful, professional job, because they actually know how to move furniture. Nathan and Christian got these extra-tall bookcases down a curving flight of stairs, around tight corners in a narrow hallway, through the doorways and into their places without putting a scratch on either the bookcases or the walls. Moral of the story: Even if you just need to move a few pieces, hire professional movers -- specifically, hire Boomerang!

I've stored my belongings there for over a year, but started having problems with my credit card on file when I paid them down by $6000. The card company then lowered my credit limit to the amount left on balance. So, every time IStorage tried to use the card, the charge was declined. This month was something special though. I called on 7/3 to make sure the payment went through and everyone was on holiday, so I left a message asking but also that I assumed it did because I hadn't heard otherwise. On 7/8 I got an email that the payment was late. I didn't see the email till the 11th, called, but they are closed on Saturdays. Called again on the 13th and spoke with two individuals that firmly declined my payment unless I pay the $50 late fee. Time to move? Yes.
