Then around 7:45 they called me saying they wouldn't be done by 8:30 and asking if they could come the next day or stay later. I said to stay later and I would work it out with my renter. Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. Anyways, point being, they are completely okay lying to their customers, and won't follow through with their work. Just awful to work with.

I had closet shelving that had fallen and I needed it fixed asap. I spoke with Joe and even though he was pretty booked up he was going to try to come by and see what he could do. We scheduled a time but due to another job he had that he couldn't get away from called me in advance to let me know we'd have to reschedule. I had to go with someone else since I needed it done asap but I appreciated the phone call nonetheless. He even followed up a few days later to see if I still needed the job done since he hadn't heard back from me. Definitely keeping his number saved in the event I need his services in the future.
