Let me tell you a little bit more of my experience. So they assigned me to this contractor through American Home Shield (AHS) . Friday, I got a diagnosis over the phone on a video call With the technician American home shield technicians went through a bunch of test on my washer machine which is the one with the problem and we couldn't do anything over the phone So now on account and told me to create a ticket so they can Work on it. Saturday they assigned me to this company the handyman can LLC. By Sunday, this guy, give me a call and told me to text him pictures of my washing machine And the model number sticker everything related to the machine problems. I explained the problems and I also told him that previously take over the video call put notes on the account and also took pictures of everything. I'll send pictures as well. He said that he don't get access Any of that information because it's a contractor. It was fine that happened on Sunday. Anyways, he did his diagnosis over the phone just regular phone call not even video. Told me he told me that he was gonna Order some parts and that's it. Monday, which is today I got a notification from AHS Saying that I have an appointment between 1130-1pm. So my wife, stay home for them to come. No call or anything from the company So I call and this guy Will pick up the phone and told me that there's no such thing as an appointment He just ordered a parts or put the parts in order that's why i got the notification he didn't even provide an ETA until I ask for one . I don't know if it was busy or whatever but tone was very rude he told me it was gonna take two weeks for the parts to Once they get to his house or to his store and once he get them , he'll come to fix machine. Then I got a little worry and frustrated, And All I ask Was why was this taking this long for a part and if This for sure was going to fix the problem on the machine since that diagnosis was over the phone and I didn't even have someone coming and check the machine. Because for me to wait for two weeks for a part, it's a lot so I just wanted to make sure. And he got upset or something he told me and the rude way if "I want him to assign the service to a different company" And I told him yes, because of his stone and the way that he was treating customers not communication updates or nothing from his company. So they assign me to a different company, which is Sears way better experience way better customer service and way better communication Updates. So try to this company I guess if you are assigned to it from your home warranty. Or I don't know if it's the same experience paying cash And I'll never find out because this guy Will Super unprofessional.
